| normally, I would roll my eyes at yet another attempt to stall out the actual relationship in a romance anime, but this was so similar to what happened to me on my 17th birthday that all i can feel is nostalgia. It played out so similarly it almost seems unreal. unlike in this show, i got rejected in the end though... h a h a |

| those friends are so petty / mischievous... "if i, by accident, would develop a crush on you, what would you do?" LOL "Shut up Nobu!" No problem, he still doesn't get it, and so many shenanigans follow, i wrote them on the side while i was watching exactly as she was writing ideas on how to confess but lost the will to point all of them. Otani is the male version of Tenma Tsukamoto, even if i'm not telling this as an insult as i like both her and School Rumble. Risa is so nice that didn't even notice it was her birthday, finally has a chance to wear a yukata and with a even bigger FINALLY is brave enough to tell those words. And the fact is... all the buildup to it and even the sort of clumsy deliver itself were very realistic. |

| Koizumi looked sexy in this episode! I like the sleeveless outfit that she wears. She has nice lickable armpits! Koizumi trying to convey her feelings to Ootani was so amusing to watch! That moment she finally confessed under the fireworks was so touching. I got a bit teary-eyed from that. It's too bad Ootani is trying to avoid reality cause maybe he thinks it will ruin their friendship, or he's just ultra-dense. Guys should take pointers from Ootani on indirectly making a girl love you. His effort is noteworthy, or maybe he unconsciously likes Koizumi enough always to go the extra mile. |
