Published webtoon submission

I have some suggestion and questions about adding webtoons.

1. How about add official English translation link?
Database already contain original webtoon site link. So I think it's not hard thing.

2. Edit Manga Database Guidelines(https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=141104)
I know there was many discussions about add webtoons on database. I don't want to fight about that now.
But at least change this part more clearly to prevent misunderstanding. Better to add definition of 'publishing', 'reputable publishing companies' and 'digital manga'.

1. Only manga published by reputable publishing companies will be admitted to the manga database, with the following exceptions:

c. Manhwa, Manhua:
1.professionally published comics made in Korea or China for their respective markets.

e. Digital Media
1.if electronically distributed by a company known for publishing digital manga (ex. GanGan Online).

3. Why my submission take so long?
I submit webtoons but some of them seems still in queue.
Some webtoons approved in a week. but some webtoons waiting almost a year. I don't know the difference between them.
I heard that complicated cases might stay in the queue for a very long time. But I don't think my submissions are complicated case.
Or maybe they already denied but I didn't get message?
