I count my calories kind of obsessively. I try not to go above 1,500-1,600. Usually I have around 1,250.

It varies. One day, I'll only have a bowl of cereal whilst on another day I might eat 3 big meals and then snack on something else late at night.

How tall are you, OP?

I eat more than 1,200 calories a day but still weigh in the low 100s.

Around 1200-1600. If I go jogging or something then I eat around 1600-1800.

Really depends on how active I am , and being a programmer with a gaming and anime hobby.... yea not too active.

I do however eat a very healthy diet with very little sweets etc. in it , so even though I don't consume a lot of calories I still feel healthy. I noticed however that whenever I eat sweets (Not even a lot) I will feel lethargic and mentally tired as well as get headaches sometimes. (Just keep that in mind OP if you are a sweet tooth)

Cold hands is quite normal (Also have cold hands no-one wants to hold in winter, during summer it's less noticeable) xD.

Used to not eat many, but since I started working out I've had to eat more. Like I'll look at the calories of something, but I don't make a plan of what to eat for the rest of the day, I just mentally note it. It's whatever to me, I'm fine with barely anything or eating a lot.

Every single day of my life I eat cereal (only chocolate one) cereal. I can't eat anything else for breakfast.

I eat whatever is for lunhc and I can eat a loadshit for dinner, if I really want to. I'm not fat nor skinny, so I'm middle.

Depends on the day. Maybe around 1700 on a day I'm not doing anything. I consume around 2000 on work days. If it's a holiday, I'll eat till I puke.

tbh it can go from literally 300 cal to 1500 so idk.
I'm not consistent with it & my eating habits are kinda shitty.
