| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I had low expectations, but this is fantastic. At some point in the past, I had heard of a concept along the lines of "henamon" (ヘナモン). For example, if you leave an old umbrella in the attic for 100 years then it will turn into an umbrella monster. But a little Googling suggests that this term is only used in the "Kasumin" story and is not a broadly-used word. Let's see how long this will keep my interest. Season 1 of this series dates back to 2001, so I am clueless as to why it got added to my favorite streaming website just today. |
