Densetsu no yuusha no densetsu. It's not that often showed in the anime though, and the anime itself is more like novel advertisement than independent show, so ending isn't an ending at all.

The story talks about a MC which have a Dissociative identity disorder , so yeah , double personnality or even more.

Chaos;head , involve double personnality aswell or at least i think so , it's been a while so i don't remember much about it.

Rosario+Vampire , there is double Moka.

Nurarihyon no Mago the MC has a double personnality.
