| Hello everyone! It's MaiTai here, and I will be hosting the Mirai Nikki (Future Diary) game. Signing up: The game will have 13 slots. According to the current Mafia Society standards, you may sign up if you are currently not enrolled in a MS game and/or you have been eliminated from a currently running game. You must be a member of MS to join. Once the sign up list has 20 filled slots, the sign up will close. If the game is successful, I'll host with more slots next game. This is because every person has a significant role with abilities.[/s] When you sign up, I ask that you sign up typing Enter: Username and so on. If you wish to be removed from the list, please use this format in [color=#CC0000]bold red: Remove from list: Username[/color] I will then remove you from the list. Game start: Game play will begin shortly after sign up is full. I'll use this space to indicate the actual date and time. The day/night phase will run under CST (Central Standard) time, and will run for 24 hours each. Day/Night phases begin at 10/9c p.m Eastern/Central time. I run under Central Standard Time myself. Please visit this time converter if you are unsure how your time aligns with this schedule. If for some reason I am not online during the phase change, voting will stop voting for the day phase. Keep in mind that there's no TRUE mafia in this game. This is a free-for-all format (meaning every man for himself). I'll expand on these rules in the game thread. Some modifications: As I did the last game I hosted, I will go by a quota for lynching, meaning 50%+1 must vote for a lynch to occur. Example: 20 players means 10+1 (11) must vote against a person. There WILL be consequences for consistent inactivity. Since there's no private groups. It is imperative that everyone is active or else it'll hinder gameplay. Instead of killing off inactive players, those who do not participate will have their roles revoked. This way, those who are interested can still join. I'll put these open roles in the sign-up and will create a waiting list once the first list is full. Notes & Edits: 01. Mirai Nikki: Every man for himself. It'd be up to you to make alliances and make it to the end. Towards a point in the game, a jury will be formed and will vote for the MVP at the end of the game (when only 2 players are left). 12 players. 02. The teaser video I made is currently converting, but yeah. I just wanted to do something special for you guise. If anyone knows a way to use BBCode for vimeo please let me know. 03. Game play starts Thursday = Tonight at 10 p.m. CST. I'm going through the roles now. Each player will have 1-2 points of hidden info. Just FYI. 04. Alsoooo. Everyone will have unique win conditions. I won't lie. Some are a bit harder than others, and there is the possibility of only partial victory. I have faith that y'all will make this awesome though. I've made roles and win conditions for 6 out of 14 players. 05. Another tip/teaser: as mentioned, The final winner will be selected by the jury. Now, what's the jury? It's the final 7 eliminated in the game. Basically, those who place 14 - 9 will not serve on the jury. Jury members are free/expected to monitor the game or at least the updates and will play a part in voting for the winner a.k.a God. This is the "Big Brother" twist that I mentioned when structuring this game. I'll continue to give updates as we countdown to the start of the game. (There will be other twists and turns, but nothing game changing.~) Feel free to ask questions, but I assure you, I'm allotting PLENTY of time to do that as well.~ Players: 1. dextermorgann 2. However, due to some traveling and family issues, it'll probably start Sunday the 14th or Monday the 15th. Not too sure yet to be honest. -- By alliances I mean the general term "alliances" like allies... So if you wanna work together you can, but you don't have to. Think like the games Survivor and Big Brother. |

| Mirai nikki is best. But I would easily play the bleach or the Naruto one too. They have interesting setups~ Honestly, I have come to like not knowing people's abilities, having them secret, that makes the game more interesting and allows for better deceit. |
