| Not really nightmares, but isolated cases of sleep paralysis always tend to unsettle me. I'm cognizant of the fact I'm awake, yet I can't move a single muscle. I understand the process, but the lack of control and unresponsiveness of my body makes me feel uneasy. |
| Cant remember specifically, but usually I have a bad day, and in my mind I think what could have made this day worse, and then I dream about that alternative reality. Definitely not a good coping strategy. |

| Few weeks ago I had a nightmare about a girl with a hideous monster face standing over me and holding her hand above me. Inside her hand was a beating heart (was it mine?). I looked at her got up and chuckled, i wasnt really scared Suddenly i was naked except for a thong and started power up screaming like in dbz and and the whole room was covered in blue light and i blew the demon away. This nightmare has been bothering me ever since. What does it mean. She was sinister and i think she was trying to take my soul. Am I more powerful than a demon? |

| I don't think nightmares are scary, since dreams can be very exciting for me. I did have sleep paralysis once when I was a kid and thought there was someone with a gun in my room somewhere. I couldn't look to see because I was on the top bunk. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. |

| I could name a dozen, but once I had this particularly bad nightmare where one side of this guy's face kind of broke away. It was really disgusting because all of his brains were coming out, and then for some reason it was like his eyeball fell out too, but it turned into this white liquid. It was just so traumatizing and scary, because these pictures stuck in my head for awhile. I even remember waking up throughout the night and going into my older sister's room to sleep with her because I was that scared, and during this time I was like 13, so I wasn't really young or anything. |

I asked for random pedestrians to help me I begged for help but none dare to take any actions about that monster and finally after some time I really got necesary to piss so I had to climb down and ran from her but she chased me and I ran as fast as I could but she cought me and dropped on me with her enormous mass and I couldn't breath and I almost died and then woke up and started to breath very intensively. I realized that if I wouldn't woke up I would die not only in dream but IRL as well. these nightmares tend to repeat. few times in a mounth I dreaming this same nightmare. she chasing me all over the place. few nights in a mounth at least. GODS HELP ME I need an exorcist! |

| To be honest, I don't remember most of nightmares. I couldn't even think of one that was really bad to post here. For me, the worst part of nightmares is the feeling of dread and fear right after you wake up, because that's what I actually remember. |
