| while I did love the ending, I ofc still have questions, but for now.... One main issue I have with this anime (like Mayu was kinda saying) is that it judges people after death based on their own human nature, rather than the actions they took in life. So, it seems as though the poor/evil decisions made in life have little to no affect as to where you may end up in death. This seems wrong, and convinces the audience that no matter what you do in life, you may still end up reincarnated if said arbiter judges you as so.. I'm not sure that I like this idea, if judgement is suppose to be so impartial, then should it not also be completely fair between the two party's actions. Life isn't fair, but judgment in death now also is unfair? No. Overall, I find it unbelievable, but still moving stories about life and purpose. |

| This was one amazing finale for Deat Parade. I loved the scene of Decim crying it was one of the most beautiful scenes in this show. I also loved how Decim built those memories for chiyaki, trying to convince her to live again. Im also glad we got to see Ginti one last time though many will hate him for what he did, he is favorite character in the show second place going to decim, that elevator guy was pretty cool aswell.   10/10 |

| And I thought Decim's blatant favouritism towards Chiyuki couldn't get any more apparent. How wrong I was. Was let down by the inconsistency and irrationality of most of the judgements rendered by the Arbiters in this anime. The melodrama was emphasised a bit too much as well, with so many characters turning into incoherent blubbering wrecks on a dime, in an enthusiastic attempt to appeal to your emotions. Not to say that the directing and production values weren't moderately effective; however, it's hard to get invested in a series where everything from the worldbuilding to the characterisation is so cavalier. Can you really afford to play these games when you dictate how others contend with eternity? |

| Could have been a perfect show if it was more developed and had more eps. The atmosphere and the whole feel of it are very charming and i loved it it ever since i watched back in 2018 |

| Just an average show! Became very boring after sometime. Did not like the fact that Chiyuki was sent for reincarnation, even when she comitted suicide. Decim always praised and respected the humans who lived thier lives to the fullest, and yet he sent her for reincarnation?!? I felt it went against Decim's morals. |

Why spend so much time on him if he doesnt do anything? It would've been nice to see Decim gradually become more human throughout the games to add buildup to the climax. I just feel like they could've added more bits and pieces throughout the story to really double down on the message at the end. Either way nice anime 7-8/10 nd my main takeaway is GO BIG OR GO HOME I love death parade and the setting is my fav on anime, like top 10, but i recognize that it is a show that definitely deserved to have 24-26 episodes instead of just 12. It had the potential to continue on, bringing more cases of thriller and drama while having more regarding the staff of the gorgeous lounge afterlife setting. Some shows are short and enough, but death parade doesnt feel enough, it would benefit having more episodes |
