| So Smile didn't call him "brother" for no reason. They're brothers-in-law. That's why Yan knows who he is now that he picked up Smile's necklace. Maybe Yan knows Smile wasn't close to anyone, so nobody could know about that necklace except for family and the ones that disappeared them (himself)? All in all, great episode and so glad to see the 3D back in action. I'm even more, MORE convinced that X's power is that of imagination. Can't wait to see Yan's ass kicked. And poor Nice... I wanna hug that poor boy. |

| X first full appearance kind of left me unfulfilled. Even he didn't kill Dragon Boy, he should've taught him a good lesson and beaten him half-dead for his friend Smile instead of just throwing him into water. |

NICE was saved by X but he's gonna end up taking his own life due to the guilt of being responsible for the death of the hero that he loved and aspired to become.
X's entry was so awesome. Switching things from 2D to 3D and I guess he even made himself sober by getting that beer in cans out of him and made them disappear 😲😲

| @LordGrim9987 Killing Rock without any prove will only cause X downfall. X will be consider as a threat rather than a Hero and will ultimately suffer same fath as Zero. This socity works on people's trust so any wrong moves can be fatal. |

| @LordGrim9987 isn't that what all superheroes shows are about !? And also killing Rock wouldn't work in favour of X. And it might decrease his trust value. We still have no idea how X's powers really work. X might also not be aware of the full extent of Rock's plans to go after him. I guess X is really playing it safe and avoiding conflict. |

Season 1 of TBHX is all a set up for the tournament that happens in S2.
Dragon Boys story (along with Queen's story) will continue in season 2. Most likely because they are integral to Rock's (Dragon Boy) and Micky's (Queen) plans. Ep 23 will be Ahu's origin story but keep in mind that a big chunk of his story was told in the first To Be Hero X concept trailer (X fighting the phobia clones). Ahu will most likely have a bigger role in the story in S2.
Although X's episode is ep 24, he technically appears in Dragon Boy's and Ahu's episodes. And we already learned bits and pieces about X in the shows concept and character trailers. Most likely ep 24 will be a set up for S2 and S2 is where you will learn more about X.
The director of the show is Li Haoling and he likes to keep things suspenseful until the very end. Look at Link Click, you don't learn about Lu Guang (one of the main characters of the show) until S3.

| @DonghuaFan I think you are correct in your assumptions about what will happen next. Queen and Dragon Boy's backgrounds were the least explored thus far, so going into greater detail later as part of exploring Micky's and Rock's backgrounds makes sense. Personally, I don't think shortchanging these origin stories for later is fair to the viewers based on the expectations the series itself set in its road map for the season. That feels like a cop out for running out of time imo. I hope season 2 doesn't commit to a set schedule like they did here so they're not worried about fitting things in to a certain budgeted time frame. |

| Ok episode. But surely this wasn't "THAT" episode that you guys kept hyping up, right? There was this hype that one of the upcoming epsides will have crazy animation. But if that SHORT scene of X switching artstyles was that, it was way too little justify the hype. |

| The way we started the show with Nice jumping off, not knowing anything about him, to reach this far and learn more... People calling X a god gives me a bad feeling. Also I wonder if this season is the ending? Because so far characters had their episodes, but Dragon Boy feels a bit like a stepping stone for Nice and X... Unless we will get more of his story? But what about Ahu's story? And X's since we also know very little? I do hope there will be more because it feels unreal to wrap up |

| Good ep Morally thought Nice would switch up, but damn the hat would follow was definitely surprising. So uh, Dragon Boy isn’t even a hero, he’s just a lame pawn with a boring backstory that no cares abt tbh. They really throwing hands. X so clutch for that 😮💨 Nice to see the CGI models once again, which was obvious as we got to X’s arc closer and closer. Had to show that fraud what a real hero is 🙂↕️ Damn not Smile, tho I fully know why Nice killed himself atp cause he simply wants be himself, the world feels like they can control him, (which they can). This dude Rock thinks he safe huh. 9/10 |

| That was a fantastic episode. To Be Hero X season 1 started strong, became a little bit less good in the middle, but is almost certainly ending on an incredibly high note as all the buildup is paying off. We don't get shows like this often; the sheer scale and ambitiousness of the worldbuilding is insane. Smile dies this episode... At least he went out with a smile. I wonder if this indicates that conviction is able to mitigate the effects of fear to an extent; because Smile always believed in smiling for others, he was able to maintain a fragment of his humanity. Anyways; Smile was a good man. His death is definitely the death that hit hardest for me. I wonder if people would be more sympathetic to Dragon Boy if we learned about his backstory, since he clearly was abused by some people. Still trash in my eyes though, and always will be. X crumpling him was incredibly satisfying. Speaking of which, X showed up, aura farmed, and sent Rock a message. X showing up despite it being "overtime" for him made Rock realize that he can lure out X by hurting his associates and friends; X is aware of this, and looked at Rock straight in the eye through the camera feed. That was cold. Next episode is Ahu! Truly the greatest. My personal #1 hero for real. I can't wait to see how much of a dog he is. |
| THE ENDING WAS AWESOME, the whole episode was very well animated, the soundtrack left something to be desired, but the ending fixed everything, it was incredible |
