I thought it was funny that the main character could change his character and just call it "Hysteria mode" but it was very vague. Personally I'd fell like a such puss for being chased by a shooter (Even if it has an uzui, or maybe the villian has a sense of humor.). Overall, 2.5/5 nothing special, nothing anybody hasn't seen before, but I guess I'll give it one more episode. |

| This episode proved to be quite entertaining. I have absolutely no problem with JC Staff releasing the same kind of shows season after season. Just means a steady flow of entertaining shows for me. |
| I enjoyed the episode a lot. Fanservice doesn't bother me until it gets borderline hentai. Rie Kugimiya raped my ears again, but I soon got used to how much she sounds like Nagi. Badass hysteria mode is badass. As for Rie, I've heard at least one of her non-loli roles and I'm fairly sure she actually has more vocal diversity then this, it's like she is instructed in casting to "sound just like Nagi/Taiga/Shana." They are just milking her voice dry for lolicon's cash. |

| i'm glad i skipped a JCtsundeRie season from Winter 2011's Dragon Crisis which did not receive good remarks.. because right now, i kinda missed it and it's a good thing it's a fairly decent show this time around with a protagonist that beats just about everyone that's been in his position from the past similar shows.. and i guess while you're busy, i'ma claim Riko for now.. |

| The "become my slave" was so damn cliche -______- This doesn't seem like it'll become as great as Toradora, but I'm hoping it'll be better than Shana and ZnT at least. The premise of a battle-school could be interesting later on, I suppose. I really wish Rie wouldn't keep getting typecast. I love her in her break-the-mold roles. Not too bad, but nothing I've never seen before. 3/5 |

| Ok well that wasn't all that great. Episode started. His girlfriend comes in to give him food and is really cheerful and...wait, you mean shes NOT his girlfriend? WTF THE MAIN GUYS A FAG AND SHES RETARDED. Definitely a hell of a lot better than Yumekui Merry from last season. At least the main guy can be kinda cool this time around. Looks like the entire female cast for this show will be retarded almost to the extent of an average harem anime. JC Staff, what the hell are you doing? Where's SnS 3 dammit... Loved the ED though...and OP. But ED video was far superior to the OP. |

| It was a good ep, nothing wow or spectacular other than hysteria mode. It stayed close to the source material and if that continues, then this will be a good show. |

| Watching this show with expectations set to 0 was a pretty good idea. I enjoyed it. Now let's hope JC will keep this up and not turn this anime into shit later on like they did with Ookami-san, Index II and from what I've heard Yumekui Merry too. 4/5 Oh, and I hate a hard time tolerating Rie. And lol at the poorly animated CGi guns. Come on JC. Also, Hidan no Aria > Shakugan no Shana. Fuck, I hate that show. |

| Good thing I knew what's in store from reading the manga. Not surprised that there's KugiRie overload here. Heck, before the anime was announced I totally saw it coming that she would play Aria. So yeah... Episode wasnt bad but with only 12 episodes this wont end well. Eh, I'll stick around coz of obligation to watch manga adaptations and for KugiRie I guess. inb4 more complaints. |

| Sigh...Listen haters. I don't mind you hating on this show. As a matter of fact I approve of hating this show. But get your damn facts straight. If the story of this show pisses you off then don't blame J.C. staff. Blame the author. All J.C. staff did was adapt the novel word for word. If they did a Gonzo then you can blame them for crappy storytelling but I won't blame an animation studio for following the source material faithfully. Hell it's what most animation studios should do. If the CG guns annoyed you or the OP or ED or the animation in general then you can blame J.C. staff. You can also be pissed that J.C. staff chose to adapt something so damn generic like this and similar to their previous works. As well as being annoyed that Rie Kugimiya was once again placing in the role of the loli tsundere. And with that hate away gentlemen. Just hate with intelligence. Otherwise you are just an idiot. |

| That was actually pretty good! It's Taiga and Ryuuji all over again. They even act alike towards each other. "Be my slave (dog)!" I'm digging the setting though. Guns 'n blades is always a good thing. So they actually gave the whole "I have to protect the girl in front of me" thing a name in this series huh? Many male protagonists do it, but they actually made it a syndrome this time. Good to see Kinji's actually a capable guy though! It may be pretty generic, but the cast and setting is good enough to keep me interested! =D |
