I think it's sad that yuri spent her final moments in hell trying to change satan's heart. She clearly loved shiro and if you think otherwise then I have no words for you and no this isn't anything like the shiemi situation other people lives are at stake if she didn't well at least in her mind so I feel pretty bad for her even if seemingly stupid yet sometimes yet understandable e.g with her kids like yeah innocent kids deserve a good upbringing and it's very cruel to kill a baby but at the same time those are the kids of that Monster and even if just defending itself still killed a ton of people which could make ppl uneasy about what he could potentially due when grown up and that there's no guarantee he won't end up like satan and kill indiscriminately so I honestly can't say I hate her with how her life went and the choices she made it just feels tragic to me. The first I thought of when yuri died is I know damn well this isn't the same guy that told her to die and treated her very very terribly what was he talking about he always loved her tf that a more recent thing. after thinking about it I overall have mixed feelings about shiro. One thing I like is the character development in shiro and him slowly gaining a heart like I bet the old shiro wouldn't bat much of an eye at yuri's death let alone show emotion and cry over her, It's just that his love was too little too late.
