When do you think are we going to have more gothic types of anime?

Sorry for not responding to both your posts at least to what memory serves me. But since i've come back to this thread since i'm pretty bored due to quarantine rn i figure i respond to both posts especially since Fario is getting really into Kaori Yuki's stuff lately and so is alot of people on my friendslist these days since its either that or obscure jrpg no 42069 i'm playing rn lol.

Now to get this out of the way, no i still have yet to see it but maybe sometime soon whenever i start my hiatus i'll give gosick a watch.

Now i own a copy of The Girl From The Otherside and its honestly one of the best reads i've read in a long time and i highly reccomend finishing this story. I believe i finished Saint October not long ago as well and it was a pretty decent watch. Speaking of Gothic Lolita Othello was such a great read and its something i keep forgetting to rec since i keep getting caught up in twewy and kaori yuki recs that i keep forgeting theres other jrpgs and niche manga and anime i really enjoy i should rec more often.

If we're talking about mysterious and strange vibes, Chiaki J who wrote SEL also wrote some episodes of Princess Tutu and SEL i can confirm is a really great show and its pretty cerebal but well worth watching.

Since its been like months now since your last post, you must be even more open to it now since you've read not one not two not three but four as of this writing of Kaori Yuki's works and do finish those up as well as you'll see more and more why i love her stuff alot.

If we're talking JRPGS, Shadowhearts and A Witches Tale and pennyblood is coming pretty soon and i hope it does really well since its a spirtual sucessor to shadowhearts. And A Witches Tale is the only goth fairy tale jrpg i can think of cept for maybe folklore.

Anyways feel free to share more of your thoughts and i'll try to get back at them as soon as i can.
