| I like forum games. They're where I interact with other users most often and it's definitely my favorite board. I'd say most of my acquaintances on MAL are people I first interacted with in forum games, TBH. Honestly, as pathetic as it might sound to some people probably, forum games are the most I've talked to other human beings from outside my village/town/city since leaving high school A lot of the regulars have fantastic senses of humor as well, so it's good for a quick laugh when using MAL. Plus I've had a lot of surprisingly (almost always off-topic) deep conversations or civil debates with other users there, which is always fun. As someone who just likes to talk a lot (case in point: this comment), that's pretty good, I guess Plus, I'm always curious to see what people assume about me in "guess the above user's real name", "guess the above user's age", "what kind of person is the above user IRL" and other such games. Some guesses are pretty spot on and some couldn't be further from the truth, lol Oh, and forum games are the only place I can needlessly spam JoJokes without being called one of the "cringe" JoJo fans, so that's nice, lol Oh, and MAL Hunger Games is the best thread on MyAnimeList, period |

| It's fun to kill time sometimes, but it gets old fast when it's always the SAME topics and the SAME people again and again. I have to wonder why so many others don't experience the same burnout. I can't help but feel that a lot of 'forum game' sections on forums are crutches too many people use to kill too much time. :/ |

| Not sure what these 3 year old comments are talking about. Forum Games are the least drama filled part of MAL, its a nice place to go and have a temporary relax. I do however avoid the negativity game threads, those are quite pointless since the game rules require you to be insulting towards random people you dont even know. |

| I'm a little scared to interact in that board. I don't know, I'm not a big player so I get easily intimidated by weird guys asking a lot of questions about how often I play games and what should I do to prove I'm a gamer. I don't even know if it will happen but I'm still intimidated. |
