| Im barely convinced my school had a student council.... i remember at graduation that one of the teachers mentioned that our valedictorian was the head of the student council tho. On the same token, our valedictorian was the biggest nobody in the school. So who knows how any of that worked, since effectively that kid had no affect on any of our lives. |

| i don't think i've personally watched an anime with this in it but i've heard about it from the internet. coming form someone in the United States, my school student council was practically unheard from except for the day we picked the winners from "voting". lets face it, it was just a popularity contest and it didn't mean anything to be on it. |
