TPN s1 isn't favourite worthy either. I dont get how people can call it a masterpiece.

OT: Death note? You mean 'I-should-have-ended-on-the-25th-episode note'? Mob pyscho s2 I would understand but not s1. Katanagatari's animation=shit, the whole premise=pretty shit. Dr stone? Man, I liked senku but it was too long as hell, should've been like 15-17 episodes. Assissination classroom was average.

i never thought TPN s1 was that great either but i recently gave it a rewatch and still enjoyed it just as much when nothing else was appealing to me soo 👍👍

OT: maquia was great but i really wouldn't call it a masterpiece.

Wow, actually I also had HnK and Fate/zero s2 as favs in the past but have changed my opinion about them and gave them a 6 or 7. Idk man, they weren't average but nothing special either. Though I do like some of its characters still.

I can see why you thought Maquia was mid. It didn't really offer anything special but had an impact on me, the family love and values really made me emotional but its understandable that some people might not have liked it. Okada did a good job as well and the whole movie was aesthetically pleasing.

That's pretty fair ,kind of my reasoning for why I liked most of the stuff I did.

@Xsadersadd I feel like I see a lot of Toaru fans who hate RZ and a lot of RZ fans who hate Toaru
@Xsadersadd I might give the Toaru LN a try if it's better than the anime. Frankly a lot of the anime felt repetitive with a new villain being set up but then getting one-punched by Touma and disappearing
