Although it, just like HxH, transcends the demo-genre and offers a lot more than what the big 3 and their clones do. |

| Hope everyone in that particular area of Japan is ok. Of the 19 minutes of the live broadcast that I did catch before the news cut in, it was overall a very good episode. The EMA conversation was really well done, and the Levi vs Beast Titan fight was pretty good, but you can see that MAPPA are really struggling as some shots look a little off. Perhaps they can use the additional time they now have to spruce up a couple of shots from that fight before it gets re-broadcast. The ApeTitan OST from the first part of the fight was absolutely perfect. The Levi-Kenny OST in the 2nd part of the fight after intermission was also pretty good, but not quite as epic. Funimation have just put out a statement saying they won't be airing the episode this week. I'm assuming CR will follow suit as well. I'll need to watch it again with subs for a better understanding of what I thought about the episode. For the time being, it felt like a 9/10 episode. |

Your question about him reading the manga is weird, considering that the final arc is far more shounen-ish than any of the rest of the manga (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) |

| Hopefully the episode is delayed by some hours or a day or two. Waiting a week to watch the same thing again is gonna suck. Genuinely not even 3 minutes left of the episode. | A lot of shots of characters being off-model. EMA table scene was done great. Seeing Eren btfo of Armin animated was satisfying to watch. And Mikasa being exactly what Eren told her. Instead of helping her friend, she's just crying there being useless in the background. Zeke vs Levi was great. Also, Zeke is so hilarious to watch. Did they seriously cut the part that talks about the Historia pregnant due date cuz that's kinda important. Floch looked good this episode. We didn't see Keith getting beat up. Broadcast got cut due to an earthquake. The full episode is also delayed I hope it isn't postponed to next week. |

| It seems that the broadcasting was stopped due to the earthquake (⊙_⊙) I was hurt by Eren and mikasa's scene when I read it in the manga, I've seen it in the anime and it still hurts (μ_μ) Levi was amazing, CGI is back 0.0, and the rap music in the fight surprised me xd |

Yeah it is shonen by definition, though the content of the manga from start to finish has been beyond that. The only exceptions are the Reiner vs Eren moments, those were some shonen cringe stuff. |

| This is it, chief. Damn... wasn't expecting K2-/K21 to play here. It was great. 2 or 3 months ago I pictured this scene in my mind with 2volt and apetitan, and well, they actually made it better. They used 2 of my faves here and the animation was good, better than I expected. Zeke's voice acting was amazing too, just felt that his scream was a bit too long. It was funny when he started running and Levi's Pikachu face lol and then when he was like f*** here we go again |
