| Can't remember the manga name but here's what I remember: Girl lives in a housing complex (high school age). There's a dude that lives above or below her and he's a writer. Turns out he's sorta stalking her since she's the subject of his novel. She reads the book and flips out because "HOLY FUCK THIS IS LITERALLY THE STORY OF MY LIFE". She finds out that person is the writer because I think he tries to get her to visit his place more often to read some books (which he has a lot of since he's a novelist) so he can observe her more and she came across his book. The eventually form this contract where he gets to interact with her (instead of semi-stalking) for more novel material and she gets paid. I think he has an editor friend that helps out with his deal. Eventually she starts to fall in love with him. I know it sounds SUPER creepy but shoujo-manga-magic makes it sound normal. |

| Oookay, this is gonna be super vague, but maybe it'll ring a bell for someone. This was a shojou one shot with only a few chapters. The main character had dark hair and braids or pigtails, and I think glasses as well. I think this boy was tutoring her. A friend of her brother's? I also remember that in one of the chapters, either the main character or the boy tutoring her ended up in the hospital. (I think it was the boy.) This sounding familiar to anyone? |
