| This was quite the ride, first of the visuals, the visuals man, they were just incredible, from the moment the Yellow Line race started I was hooked on this movie from the very start. To think it took 7 years to get this film made, 7 and I’m trying to wrap my head around that. It was kind of like if Speed Racer got mixed with F-Zero but insane. It really had me on the edge of my seat, it was that intense. Loved the dynamic between Sweet JP and Sonoshee in the film, the dub was really good, I’d say Madhouse delivered spectacularly for this film overall. The ending I feel maybe should’ve benefited from having an epilogue but otherwise not much to say but I love it. |

| It's alright. The visuals fluctuated between impressive and weird constantly, but the races were intense entertainment. Characters were archetypical, but also charismatic at times. Wish the story was more grounded though, as it felt like an irrelevant subplot at times. |

| I have just re watched the movie for the first time since i finished it and WOW, its still as good as the first watch through. The animation is abosolute perfection, every scene is amazing from the racing to just the talking, they put everything into this movie and its amazing. The race scenes are very good and kept me entertained throughout the whole movie. The style of animation is also very unique. The characters are also very good with a wide range of interesting people, and im glad everyone was happy in the end. The end of the race is one of my favourite moments in anime with Sweet Jp Sonoshee and Machinehead all using the steamlight nitro boost. Overall this movie is a must watch and i will be back for a re watch again someday 10/10.  look how beautiful she is |

| this was intense! one of the best anime I have ever watched it also proves that you don't need insane storyline to make a good anime, or crazy plot twists, just pure craziness and good energy whole lot of creativeness was put into this too |
| God this is so good, the animation and detailed character designs, all this futuristic technology, are top notch and I don't think I've seen an anime that could top it, although the plot and characters are average, the style alone makes it an easy 8/10 for me |

| Death Race meets JoJo, big car accident ensues: chaotic, loud, predictable, gross, shallow. Music is mediocre, story is dumb, characters are worse. Style over substance embodied, only good for car otakus and/or boys who want something cool to look at (well, if you think western-looking anime are cool). Even more boring than an actual race, but with aliens and fanservice. |

| Absolutely stunning. The animation was just insane and I love seeing anime with over-the-top action sequences. The music was so cool and the songs fit every scene. Personally, I wasn't really vibing with the plot where the president didn't want the race happening at all and had all these soldiers attacking them. The racers were interesting but of course since it's a movie more focused on action rather than story, it would be hard to give good screen time for some of their personalities. Overall, it's a fun movie to watch! |
