a dark and haunting episode just out of nowhere, wasn't expecting this type of storytelling from this type of anime... at this point i have seen a mixture of all the genre in a whole single anime lol

This episode was straight-up *diabolical*. The moment that freak in the hat appeared, I knew this was gonna be different. No jazz, no cool bounty hunting—just pure psychological horror. Felt like a *Silent Hill* cutscene with those creepy circus toys moving around, laughing while the whole city was turning into a nightmare.

That dude Tongpu? A literal monster. Not just because he was powerful, but because he was broken beyond repair. The experiments messed him up so bad he turned into some mindless killing machine, laughing through all the pain like it didn’t even matter. And Spike? Even he was shook. No one in the show has pushed him like this before. Dude was actually running for his life.

The ending was poetic. The same system that created him ended up killing him. No grand fight, no big emotional moment—just a dog put down by its own master. Another lonely soul erased from existence, just like that. This show is getting darker, and I’m all in.
