I mean, after Fate Zero, what would be the more conclusive ending on all Fate routes? I read somewhere that HF offers the conclusion as it explains what happen on the FZ characters.

Nope, all endings offer resolutions to different themes in F/Z. If you ignore the fate route, no resolution is given to saber, and so on. So in all honesty, you need all 3 routes for FSN to work with connection to Zero. If you ignore routes, you ignore parts of the story.
Also Hollow Ataraxia also adds on as a sequel to all of FSN, but the timeline there is all messed up.

Fate, UBW good, UBW true, HF normal, HF true, 40 different bad ends, some route that leads to Shirou being Archer, some route that leads to HA,......etc. Infinite possibilities so HA timeline isn't "messed up".

Those are just different paths in a multiverse. HA is one path that's constantly looping on itself. Therefore "messed up" :P.

HA is all possibilities merged together. The timeline of HA isn't messed up, but the experience of Bazett and Avenger is.

for most of it no if he did at all , i don't think rin outright says her name until near the end.. because she is certainly finds out. as far as anime watchers goes they should have known saber's identity from back in the church when archer flat out called her "king of knights"

I just finished FZ yesterday, and man, I think it is a much superior adaptation than UBW. I enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed KNK' movies. High praise indeed.

I really think that finishing HF is required to fully appreciate the plot.

Some questions:

1. In UBW anime, did they explain how Kirei got Lancer as his servant considering that he had Gil? I don't remember so much but I am betting they skipped it.

2. Did anyone thought that it is ironic that in the end Kiritsugu wavered on his ideal that '' saving a few to save many lives''? When the contents of the grail poured out and caused disaster, I don't think he knew that it would cause that damage. And he was hoping that someone would survive so he could validate his choice in destroying the grail. He just need a one survivor to save himself. And Shirou gave him that.

3. How could Shirou survived after Kiritsugu died? Is it explained who supported him after. I mean, he is an orphan after all.

It's implied (not very well, but it's there) that he killed the previous master.

Taiga's Yakuza Grandfather who was Kiritsugu's friend supported Shirou monetarily.

1. It is explained in fate.

2. Yeah the grail event was pretty much him seeing the "cost" of that "few" that he chose to sacrifice to save the world.

3. Fate route explained. Taiga is his guardian and manages the financial side of things, Taiga's father, a local yakuza is also helping out and was friends with Kerry. Shirou is also working part time jobs to make money.
