| The BBC code is not working for my signature picture, it's not popping up? Is it because it's from anime-planet? It shows up in the preview in my forum settings page but not on the actual forums. I put in asterisk so you could see the code of what I am using. The links beneath where the picture is suppose to be is there but not the pic itself. Yeah here are the restrictions on signatures: Max dimension for signature on MAL is 600x150 Max size is 300 KB. |

| @Metricx i chose a random number and put 256 colors to 16. will that automatically make the picture smaller or there's more that's needed? |

You can use a combination of changing the pictures dimentions, removing frames, dropping the colors, changing the quality, etc. If you're using photoshop try messing with these settings (File>Save for Web) and try to get the size under 300 KB http://i.imgur.com/hlerUQT.png |

| Okay, I think I'm having a BBCode problem here. I'm trying to move the liinks in my sig next to the image, but whatever I do I just get this or this and yeah, it looks awful. I just can't center the links vertically, they always move next to the bottom of the pic. Help tis idiot plz. I guess it's simple but I can't do it. EDIT: fixed the problem by myself, I've finally found the right code. Yahaa. |

| It's almost 1MB and the height is over the limit. So is your current signature. Rules said: If you don't have PS or Gimp, you can try optimizing and cropping your gifs with this site: http://ezgif.com/Images placed in forum signatures must not: a. exceed a total area of 600px width by 150px height. b. exceed a total file size of 300 kB. Though the end result will usually make them look worse. |
