I am moving right now. Thankfully most of the stuff is at the new place, but now the organization process has to get going. I'll be having a surgery today and will be going on hiatus for a month or two depending on how my rehabilitation will go. I honestly did know the date of my surgery, so I do want to apologize for the inconvenience. I hope you can all forgive me. |

Also I want to help in the card making thing but I'm new to Photoshop and need lots of tips and help. Anyone volunteer? ;) oh and we have 3 more that asked for a subscription but aren't in the list yet... as a side note what's the status for thread for Official Member Cards? I somehow ended there and (i) could find my number in the members list and (ii) I still don't have some of the cards requested :'( |

| Hm, I think that sounds fine. However, since janree is the one who takes care of the Newlsetter list, we should leave the decision up to her. I can totally help you out with photoshop sometime over the weekend, if you would like. I'm no expert either, but hopefully you will be able to learn something from my limited skills. Which version of PS are you using? I'm actually taking a photoshop class this semester, so I'll be able to tell you more things later. ^^ Sorry about that! I'm totally behind in the member card thread... I'll make those cards asap so you'll get the ones from me! I know Kannei is really good at that type of thing, but some of the others who make Member Cards haven't been in the club so much anymore. We should probably contact them or something. On that note, I'm sending the 30 day removal notice to 2 admins who haven't been on MAL in a while. Sadame-tan has a note on her profile saying she'll be back in September, so I might wait a bit longer on her. It says she's going to mostly be updating her anime/manga lists when she gets back, so I'll ask her if she is still interested in being an admin. |

I have learned a lot more lately from different websites... but such a program needs a bit too much time to learn properly... Thanks for offering your help. | I'll make cards for this month when I get off of work and finish up my counseling appointment at school. Ugh, school starts in 17 more days... I'll probably just make one for the couple (unless I find another graphic I really like, then it'll be 2) and I'll try to make more for the mangaka. @SheyCroix: I wish I could make flashy cards, too. I've seen people put scenes from anime in them and stuff but I have no clue how they do that. *.* I can make movable ones if I have a succession of pictures, but idk how to put video clips in card. Hopefully I learn a lot this semester! |

| Yup! I usually check to make sure we are up to date on subscriptions when I divide up the list. That's why my delivery section had a little * next to it, I deliver to the people who aren't added yet. Honestly though, this isn't a very common occurrence. I wish I had something to make the 20 second thing go away. Sometimes it let's me comment sooner, sometimes it makes me wait the whole time... I didn't think about it before, but you are right, it does let us see if people are being active. I'm going to be really honest and say that I am the worst when it comes to making sure people are being active. Having it go straight to comments might make me worse. XD I don't mind either way about opening in the new tab or not. I am in the habit of right clicking and opening on a new tab that way when there is a link. Though I do like usually use target=blank whenever I have things that require links in lj. I think it's more convenient. |

| After I made the recommendation I was thinking about that so I guess it's better the way it is now. It serve double purpose (time and checking activity)... It would be better to automatically open in a new tab, but I often open all links in a new tab (right-click) so it's ok. |
| Okay, we're finishing the garage today, so I will now have time to work on Member cards and badges. Hopefully I'll be able to deliver mid week, if not then I will on the weekend for sure. ^^ |

| Oh and I removed one person from the Admin/Staff. darkquach replied to the message I sent him and let me know that he doesn't use this website anymore. I also sent a message to Sadame-tan, but she hasn't gotten back to me. I don't think she will since she hasn't been on since August 2013... When I looked at the admin list, I only saw 8 people who are actually active. ghirahim, Hime-sama, janree, kannei, puppydoglvr, RandomNinjaName, SheyCroix, and myself. I could be wrong since I'm not really sure what everyone's duties are, so people could be doing stuff for the club elsewhere. I'm going to send messages to people who I know and are online regularly to see what's up. They could be too busy with real life for the club which is understandable. There are also those who only do things like make cards when they see a couple/mangaka they like, which is totally fine. |

| I'm not sure what to do about people who block commenting... Sometimes they end up unblocking it... As for the inactive people, we can look at the profiles and remove those who say they aren't going to be using MAL. Like I saw that 1994's profile just said "Gone." If they become active again, we should probably just move them back to the main list. If they wanted to be removed, they can tell us. Maybe we can check once a month on these to see if people are active again/allow commenting again? And I saw that some people haven't been on since 2012 or 2011, maybe we should consider removing them? It's been quite a while... |

| @janree: That's true. If they block their profile, they are making it so they don't receive anything. So it would be best to remove them and they could request to be put back on if they really want to after they remove their block. As for the last bullet point, we can all discuss when we think people should be removed, but I do think that after a certain point they should be since they might not be using this site anymore. |

| I think it would be a good idea to tell inactive users something like that, so if they come back on after the year they can sign back up if they want to. ^^ When people disable commenting, they sometimes disable PMs too. But if they tell us they want to receive NL via PM, I agree that we should keep them on the list. |
