| The best two posts in the last 2 days so have to quote them again just so more people can read it. I absolutely agree that Railgun and Index should be treated more like companions rather than rivals. And Index III may be just around the corner after Index movie or Railgun II. And I also agree that Index II is weaker than Index I and the reason has more to do with the adaptation although the source material also bears a bit of responsibility. I really feel sorry about Index II as I really think it could have been much better. jxcy said: I don't really understand the dislike between Railgun fans and Index fans. Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

He will be getting a lot more screen time in the 3rd season, if i'm not mistaken. He is more or less the main character of the science side. |

Tsundere only when she faces Kamijo but how much of Railgun is about her being tsundere towards Kamijo?? Railgun shows a lot more about Mikoto, not least how much she will do for her friends or for justice. |

She has mostly positive traits, and her few negatives would be considered "moe" to many. I prefer Touma, Accelerator, and Hamazura myself, mainly because they have more comparable levels of pros and cons; they please some and put off others. I just like my characters with many flaws as opposed to near perfect characters like Mikoto. She has less room for improvement, whereas Accelerator and Hamazura have had large amounts of character development so far, and they still have more to go. I do like Mikoto (she's my 4th favorite in the series!) but I'm just not as interested in where her character can go. |

I consider that a one-sided stalker obsession. Kuroko's antics also get old rather quickly, IMO. Mikoto is much more fond of and is a better match for Kamijou anyway, me thinks. Though I ship Kamijou with Itsuwa more... I do like Saten and Uiharu though, lullz... |

If Index III covers volumes 14-18 like I hope it will, she will be main in every arc but one (that arc is Touma-free, focusing on Accelerator and Hamazura). She is probably the 3rd most relevant girl in Touma's stories. |

| This is great news. I personally enjoyed Railgun much more than Index. Saten, Uiharu, Kuroko and Misaka are way more interesting to me than anyone from Index cast (Touma is particularly annoying). I'm hoping this will be as good as the first season. |

| attention people railgun and index = the same damn thing i don't get you guys at all both where written by the same person both take place in the same universe. they are THE SAME! also railgun would not exist with out index and it IS a side story. its like saying your a dragon ball z fan while hating on dragon ball. and people who have seen only 3 episodes of index or only watched the 2nd season before the first should shut up. because watching season 2 before season 1 is the most stupid thing i have ever seen or heard. fk all you haters index and railgun are awesome. ok now that that's out of the way i would like them to continue index (misaka worst!!!, also pattern index 1 railgun 1 index 2 movie railgun 2 --> index 3 ah well at-lest we know we will get a season 3 for index seeing as they can make a season 2 of railgun. I'm prepare for downer ending for railgun seeing as its most likely the event leading up to the death of the clones. |

New Season of Railgun, Index movie in the works, AND earlier seasons finally being licensed and released in NA this December. |
