Just my two cents. I only hope that the author doesn't follow in Naruto's footsteps and just follow what the fans want. I hate it when authors do that, it takes away the enjoyment and the authenticity of the author's work. As an editor, although I try to help my authors write in a manner that pleases the reader, the moment his/her writing strays from the original voice I get ticked off and push adamantly for the original style. Because it is the original style that made Nisekoi a popular manga, and now I find it to be mostly fanservice (not so much in the ecchi/harem sense but the shipping). Nisekoi had its good points and was original before, but all this square one thing has to stop. I'm sure most of you are also hoping for a conclusion sometime soon... *Marika Although Nisekoi is currently filled with crap fillers (well, as long as it's about Onodera i don't mind), i believe this manga will end wiith Raku chooses a girl, and it will be Chitoge (Raku's amnesia arc strongly hinted this). In the story, this Fake Love business will last for 1 more year so i think the dramas and progress will happen on their 3rd year. It frustrates me greatly to say this but i can see the author is actually tried to make Chitoge become the destined girl to Raku from the beginning (Test of Courage scene,Romeo-Juliet Arc, Raku's Amnesia arc, Chitoge Mama arc, other crap fillers involving her) and there's no major event that involved Onodera and Raku alone. |

| I don't really want to be rude and blunt but, 5110 people in Japan have shit taste. Anyway, I agree on the poll that Marika deserves a higher ranking and I understand why Chitoge is falling. And the goddamn author should do something about Chitoge falling behind since she's the main heroine. |

And getting worked up to my statement won't go you anywhere since I insult Japan's tastes, not yours to begin with(Unless you live in Japan or you're a Japanese, that is). I'd rather prefer someone who's not boring. That's all. All girls aren't boring except Onodera. I don't care if she's somewhat clingy(Marika), punching you in no time(Chitoge), and acting as an annoying Tsundere or what(Seishirou) since they're not that flat boring. And by the way, you're also forgetting about Seishirou's fans are also what-you-called "masochist freaks" since she's also violent, more or less, in a sense so stop generalizing about masochist freaks only apply to Chitoge fans. |

| I dont think Kosaki is boring. When she is hanging with Chitoge, Ruri and the others, she is fun to be with. Only when Raku is there, she gets ridiculously shy. But because the author is going with Chitoge route, I doubt that Raku and Kosaki will ever be at that comfort level, and so she is going to seem "boring" to people. The trait that Raku likes most about her is that she cares for others more than she should, but the author doesn't display that trait. If he focus on Kosaki, then the series would probably end. |
