TBH The graphics is really down bad and the story plot is also quite vague, but the confession scene at the end definitely racked up some eyeballs. Despite the bad quality I mostly give scores based on the influence to my life so I will still give a 9/10 (but 3-4/10 if not accounting the influence to my life) |

Weakest episode of the season, but... laid-back and entertaining enough overall. Doubt I'll even remember the plot or the characters a month from now though. |

Kaito's rut is clearly being shown on his face, so much so that he comes confessing to Haruka the reason why he ventured the dungeon, all to vindicate her missing father for the 2 years ever since as a nobody. And despite so much opposition from said childhood friend fearing that she could lose her only friend, she knows that he's working hard to save people, case in point with Hikari. And at long last, she can finally release him to the dungeon to get the elixir, no matter how deep he'll need to go to get it, alongside the friends and loli warriors he met along the way to give support not just to him, but it's all for Hikari.
Right from the 1st Floor, farming slimes altogether, plus Kaito's friends Shinji and Hayato, Kaito is no longer a nobody, but a hero in the eyes of the people. Even as they celebrate the coming of Christmas, the elixir is the hope remaining alive, and it all had to do with an unusual rainbow slime which proves harder than most to defeat given its agility. Kaito's party having it surrounded to finally defeat it, whilst bringing Hikari all the way from her hospital bed to the dungeon (like why???) for her to summon the healing servant of Fairy Queen Titania, it may be no elixir, but at her low-level Level 1 state to only do the best she could to cure her, and heal her she did to a degree not completely, but it's a work in progress to either find it, or have Titania learn Yggdrasil.
The cucking moment of Kaito ALMOST getting his confession across to Haruka, I should have anticipated this, even though he will have chances in the future to do that and honour her wishes. But until then, it's more dungeon exploring for the mere nobody and his capable party.
It's all good for a safe ending, but this show is just mediocre, almost pandering to the point of boredom.

Ezra Scarlet has been summoned errrrr not quite, Fairy Queen Titania. Great to see all their hard work paid off and that Hikari is at least well enough for a while and can fight by their sides again. Really enjoyable series, very entertaining and funny at times to go with the seriousness. 8/10 |

Well, the series as a whole was rather mid... nothing particularly spectacular about it, but it was engaging enough that I enjoyed it as a lighter show; some people enjoy light reading, I enjoy "light watching" if that makes sense. Anyway, here's my thoughts on the episode: Don't know if I'm crazy but the resolution to the whole "traumatically affected by the dungeon to the point of swearing it off" development felt a bit rushed to get resolved... then again the most interesting parts of the story happen in the dungeon, so I guess that was a fair trade off. Have to admit though, pretty cute moment when the animal also took part in the classic "whole team puts their hands together in unity" routine While clearly there are plot points left unresolved, it was interesting to see a "full circle" moment as our protagonist found himself at the first level farming slimes again; as he was at the beginning of the season I don't know why but it feels like in some parts the animation felt off... did anyone else feel like something was just... well, "weird" with the faces? Won't lie, feel like not finding either the elixir or the captain for that matter feels like we left some major plot points unresolved... hopefully the story continues in the source material, which I'm guessing is a manga based on the comments here (as opposed to a light novel) I do think it was rather odd that they were able to get Hikari out of the Hospital so quickly and with little resistance beyond the one doctor, but then again when you only get 20 minutes and 40 seconds of story per episode I suppose you gotta prioritize showing the important stuff. Won't lie... not a fan of last act character introductions; since there's almost no time to get to know them they feel more like a plot point than a character. Quite unfortunate we didn't see the new summon until the last half of the last episode; would've been interesting to see how the team dynamics changed with her. Did anyone else get concerned that Snatch was going to get crushed when she went to hug Hikarin? Quite relieving when Snatch stuck its head out between them, phew Kind of laughed when Titania said she "looked forward to working with her master" because there I was thinking to myself "uh, actually, there's only 4 and a half minutes left in the series" It was interesting to see Haruka do such a turn around compared to how she was in the beginning of the series. Granted her exposition at the beginning did offer some explanation, but to go from being more or less against dungeon exploration to supporting Kaito's efforts was surprising; guess trying to help their sick friend was the catalyst for that Ugh, the "interrupted confession" trope; one of the most annoying tropes in anime; given that there's no chance of a season 2, can't they at least give us that so we can at least end on that character development between them? Wait, that earlier commenter was right; there IS an active volcano right there; in retrospect seems like a bad place to build a park in that vicinity Following up on the earlier point- yep, definitely no chance of a season two, "Thank you for watching" is one of the phrases that guarantees no future seasons. Overall; ok show. As said at the beginning, nothing spectacular, but it was enjoyable. I've had other shows that I just couldn't finish, but this one was interesting enough to keep me around to the end. With this, that's one more Summer 2024 show concluded; onto the next one (Sorry for the rambling everyone; still getting used to MAL as a former Crunchyroll commenter so I was giving "writing this post as I watched the episode" a try; I hope this constructively adds to the discussion around here) |

Really liked the first scene with Kaito and Haruka. Seemed like some actually decent development. That said, the rest was mostly underwhelming. Animation was so lacking/bad I didn't recognize Kaito's classmates at first. They showed almost no actual combat and reused even more animations. Trivia-man-Frank said: I don't know why but it feels like in some parts the animation felt off... did anyone else feel like something was just... well, "weird" with the faces? I noticed this as well. Their eyes are too far apart/too low/uneven. The scene about 9 minutes in with everyone talking to Kaito's classmates is a good example. It's very "B-team" and nostalgic of Madoka to me. So the reason we're using to justify the successfully finding a cure despite the odds is...metaphysics? Really? They couldn't have just gone with Kaito's blessing skill or something you want to throw metaphysics into this now? I like that they didn't find the elixir because that would've been way too ridiculous but they arguably found something even more terrifying in the form of the servant who can learn a complete cure-all spell. If they just have to be in the dungeon imagine the demand. Also, they just kidnapped Hikari from the hospital and aside from one doctor no one said anything all the way both to and into the dungeon? I thought they would gloss over that but I was pleasantly surprised when he popped out haha What was with that confession scene? Has there been any inkling at all of Kaito liking Haruka besides an occasional blush (which is expected since she's supposed to be pretty) because I sure didn't notice anything like that, in fact if I recall he acted that way towards Airi as well. Where did this come from? I weep for the source readers because having read only the first chapter of the manga I already know how bad this adaptation was. |

@SawronZXZ In response to you point on the elixir; ok, that's fair enough and I concede that's one way to look at it. My point was more from the perspective of how in anime the typical 12 episode season structure often doesn't leave enough room for important plot points to get resolved and, well... given that there's little to no chance of season 2, it would've been nice to see the major plot points be resolved so that at a minimum, the story we did get ends with us feeling satisfied, versus "wait, why do I feel like we're still in the middle of something?" |

@Trivia-man-Frank I get what you're saying. They left it open in the way a lot of shows and movies I've watched have in the sense of "there's more to the story, we're leaving it here so we can make more later if we want" kind of thing but I doubt it'll happen. From a writing perspective, it's probably one of the main plot threads the author uses (like finding the one piece). For this reason however, and because there was a significant lack of dramatic tension/buildup in the story in general, it rings as a completely hollow victory to me as well. [Note: this is for the adaptation only. I'm inferring from reading ch1 of the manga and other comments that the source material is much better.] |

It's really hard to stomach things like these.😅 Syl talks about scientific things when she herself is supposed to be unscientific... 🤣🤣🤣 This series never gets dull.😏 But the animation was rather bad for the final episode. They really didn't make any effort to make the last one, a better one, than the rest. 😐 Nonetheless, I really like Haruka's affection towards MC.😍 And finally, they finally hold hands... OwO Good for Haruka. (I also liked Hikarin) 🥰 My score of 7 down to 5/10 😖 |

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

This show is a little too campy and simple for me; the story itself isn't bad, but the way it plays out, the "animation" lol is not good, and the music is so boring it might as well be AI generated. I'd probably watch a second season if it came around but at least my expectations would be lowered. Glad his friends finally joined the team but they get like 3 seconds of screen time. |

If I had to sum up episode 12 in one word, it would be “drawing collapse”. Every character's face was broken all the time and always looked uncomfortable. The facial drawings of two of Kite's friends, who are sub-characters, were terrible, and the main characters also looked very uncomfortable because their faces were broken all the time. The BGM played when the last friends surrounded and defeated the rainbow-colored slime, but the moment the festival-like pop BGM played, it was uncomfortable. A large amount of past animations were also used and reused. |

Ugh, this was anticlimactic. You're telling me, all I have to do in order to drop night pegasus whistle is to fight some freaking slimes in sastasha? Season 2 is I guess Titania grinding slimes to get Yggdrasil. I agree Snatchy was tthe best character, lol. I wanted to add him to the list of favorites but he's not there :( |

Uh, am I the only one that noticed the active volcano behind the dungeon? Is no one in their town concerned with the black smoke it's putting out? You're child is sick? Maybe move from volcano town.
I was surprised they didn't spend more time convincing Kaito to go back into the dungeon. Happy, but surprised.
I was disappointed that we didn't get to see full size Titania before she shrinking to her chibi form like we did with Syl and Luce.
Another surprise were Kaito's schoold friends at the end. What the hell were they gonna do at their levels with a wood sword and a baseball bat? I thought we'd see them still mining slimes (since they drop the rares) while the others go deeper. At least they'd get stronger.
It was mid. I've seen both a lot better and a helluva lot worse.

@dragynfaerie I just assumed the volcano was a take on Tokyo Disney Sea, with their fake volcano. So I never thought anything more. For anyone in Japan, they'd probably associate a castle in a theme park = Tokyo Disneyland, and a volcano in a theme park = Tokyo Disney Sea. |

I read the manga till the latest available chapter, 27, and web novel to 220. And I don't remember that those stuff that happened in the last few episodes. It's a happy ending so to speak, but the anime mostly followed the web novel, not sure about light novel, and very far from the manga. It's really very generic, but overall quite wholesome, can watch for the good vibes. 6/10 for whole series. |

the hero theme's alright. Kaito was one of the worst mcs, but at least there's some growth, finally confront Katsuragi & her dad, shouldve happen earlier. lol wheeling patient into a dungeon. Titania alright design, but older form should be cooler like the others in ED. Had lots of potential from its worldbuilding, but most wasted on aimless dungeoning, improved bit when Hikari gave a real goal. |

I read a lot of comments about how bad this show is. But they still spend time watching just to badmouth the show. It is true that show seems a little bit rushed and the character design should have Bern consistent with the original source material. But then again, this is not a action type isekai anime but rather light hearted, slice of life type of fantasy anime. And not the isekai genre. Because the Dungeon appeared in the real world. If those people who complained about series should stick shows like one piece if they action or watch hentai if they lewd scenes. I know that this show could have been better but it is not a bad show per say. I liked almost all isekai and fantasy anime with thevexception of 1 fantasy anime which was beyond bad. Let the people enjoy this light hearted anime who likes it instead of badmouthing it. P.S. the talk about earning money and why giving it to rich girls when they don't need it. It is about giving them their fair share. Being rich doesn't mean that you take them for granted. P.P.S. I would also like to add that since the dungeon appeared in the real world. The Mc and others are actually dungeon explorers which may sound similar to adventuring but it is not the same. The overall rmobjective of the govts. is to search and explore why these dungeons appeared in the first place and what mystery or treasure they hold. Unlike anime like danmachi where objective is totally different. |

My disappointment of the season... hahaha no! You can't disappoint without having created expectations. They could have had a lot of development in the characters, especially in the prota, Luce and Syl. It would be cool to see the prota have attitudes along with his two lolis facing good challenges. I didn't think it was cool to focus on characters without much relevance, without good depth, you know?! And even more so, they add this ending hahaha, I don't think there will be a 2nd season to see the complete cure. Overall I found the anime weak, this one isn't even average enough. Nothing worked well here, this includes plot, animation, soundtrack, opening and ending. Wondering how I got here? It was simple, due to lack of time and of course even enthusiasm, the playback speed was alternated. I saw some comments that the original is better, well, I'm not going to check it out, I trust their words. Now saying nothing more, see you! |

My stance on this series? They should have kept the lolis as is from OG sources instead of censoring or changing their personality (as someone mentioned) And they should have kept more focus on the cute lolis, but half way they decide to do random stuff and the lolis screentime went down by like 75%... and then the last 4 episodes (1/3rd of season) is focusing on a random uncurable illness that they doesn't tell you just for drama purposes. . Even the "romance" part is kinda "slide over"... They keep on pushing MC with the dungeon hating girl, but it doesn't really get anywhere... And then they showed the 3 new girls all having affections toward MC, but that also goes nowhere... And MC thinks nothing of his summons, dude doesn't even know he was getting kissed by the lolis when he fainted, no one told him. Even the BL is just for joke, since MC is pure straight. . This series' title should be changed to "How MC finds ultra rare items with his massive luck" Since MC is finding rare items that should only drop on deeper floors on beginner floors... Like how they find a cure for the supposed uncurable by way of "servant card"... LOL... Even more weird is that they know the servant's name... meaning this type of servant already exists elsewhere (how many "Queens" are there? LOL) So... how did the dungeon managers and experts (that set up the lights and went in A LOT deeper floor) not know about this healing servant that's supposedly already exist and has the potential to cure this random uncurable illlness... WHILE THE MC EVEN KNOW THE FRICKING HEAL SPELL'S NAME... how does MC know more dungeon knowledge than the supposed dungeon experts?... What... couldn't ask anyone that have the healing servant outside to help heal others? or are all the experts and doctors brain dead? Doctor: "uncurable illness" MC: "we'll find the elixir and servant that already exists to cure the illness" Please fire the Doctors... cause they clearly aren't up to the task or motivated of finding a cure that may already exist somewhere in the world. . Too many plotholes and controversies in this series, TBH |

I watch just about all isekais that exist, there was only one isekai that I could never get through because it just sucked so much and that one was: The Banished Former Hero Lives as He Pleases -- this was just the worst one ever, I couldn't even finish it (and I gave it 7 episodes). This anime (Nobodys...) was CLOSE.... It had a somewhat interesting premise, but the main character is just so bland and boring that he brought the whole damn anime down... Wasn't a huge fan of the "childhood friend" either... So in the end I finished it, but it was ONE of the worst isekais I have watched brought down entirely by the main character and his childhood friend... |

Finally got around to finishing this series. It really sucked in every metric. The only thing I didn't mind was the OP/ED themes and character designs. They teased new cooler armor for Mob-kun in the ED, but never delivered, keeping him in the skintight suit like he's some kind of surfer or deep-sea diver for the rest of the season. Was this based on the light novel, or was it all anime-original? Because the manga story is completely different from this to the point it was like a complete rewrite from the ground up, with the only similarity being the shared character designs. At any rate, given how poor this show was, which is aptly reflected in the low rating, I doubt it will get a second season, not that it even deserves one. Unless they do an alternate retelling from the manga's perspective. |

Finally finished this series...pretty sure it won't get a second season but at least I saw it. Last episode managed to pull a few plot surprises, but otherwise this series really felt paint-by-numbers and low consequence. 12th episode addition sure was anticlimatic, but at the very least it wasnt a full on cure. An okay show overall, but let down by its production values. |

But is this one going to the cemetery? Of those that will never have a sequel, maybe we'll find out next .... No, we don't know. |
