| This series is as exactly as I remembered from when I watched it 5 years ago, and I pretty much remembered the essentials to understand what's going on, but the recap was very much appreciated. On the other hand, the opening (that appeared in the end of the episode) made me realize I barely remember the backstory of the village and it's founders, especially Senju's father, and since even the other Recap we have doesn't talk about that, I went back to season one and watched episodes 16 and 17 again, and wow, I didn't remember the story being so tragic (I didn't remember they were actually 6, but when they appeared I was like "oh yeah, I remember that", but when all of them started to die at such young ages, I didn't remember that, at all, wow, it was really tragic). Anyways excited to see more of this backstory, because the opening of this new season also hints at that! |

| It's a Dr.Stone mandate to start off a season with WORK, WORK AND MORE WORK. Just because this is the winter does not mean the Scinece Kingdom can rest easy, especially with their plan to launch an preemptive strike! And you can't work with an empty stomach! Cue the re-introduction of instant ramen, the first to ever graced this stone world and the last food ever enjoyed pre-petrification... Under the newly formed three-way partnership and the will to succeed, we begin this season with a bang (literally) as Senku and the gang begin their secretive delivery of a weapon of information! The new OP is catchy, I love this one; it's very catchy. |

| no tazan in the first episode was a good move. but it looking at the episode titles this is war is happening till 8th episode. how many of that would have that god awful tazan in. ffs |

| It's nice of Gen to recount Senku's epic history in the stone world for the young ones. It was a great refresher for the audience also! Making Cup Ramen as on the go winter food for the science kingdoms upcoming battle is definitely a fun idea. Gen's come up with a devious plot to trick Tsukasa's soldiers into thinking the modern world still lives. I'm of the opinion that if it saves everyone's lives then it's worth it. But they'll certainly be furious when they find out it's a lie... |
