| For Console games, I just finished Tales of the Abyss for 3DS, then started my ex game only to get bored and forget about it. Then I bought this funny Konami Japanese Arcade Game from the bargain bin at Zellers called Otomedius Excellent! Played that for a couple days, then went back to Zellers and bought another bargain bin game called Ace Combat 6, and am currently in the process of loving the hell out of it. As for MMOs, I was switching back and forth between all the Nexon games until a series of unfortunate events happened. In the game Vindictus, they added a patch that took away controls from my favorite class, so I stopped playing for a while and when I came back my characters were all gone (I re-made them just to keep the names free as this was the first place I ever used the nickname "SirPigeon"). In the game Maple Story (the first MMO I ever played), some one hacked my account and took all my money and the only rare item I ever had. And finally Dungeon Fighter Online, they had an event that reset eveyones SP, and when I re input the values I totally messed it up and ended up with only the basic attacks. So now I'm waiting long enough that when I come back I can re input the values to what I want them to be. Honestly though, I mess it up pretty much every time they do that. Just as I'm finally getting everything balanced the way I like it, they have another event and set all the values back to 0. I wish they'd make it optional... |

| Omerta and XCOM are what I've mostly been playing lately. I don't get the hate for Omerta, it's actually pretty good - the only downside for me is the maps combat takes place are often repeated (really often), but you don't fight all that much anyway so it's not really problematic and even when it's the same place it's fun. Maybe it's just the fact I love the mob that makes me enjoy it though. XCOM is great, but a little too focused on constant combat. |

| Fire Emblem Awakening. So far I've put about 11 hours into it. I got it with some pretty low expectations, considering I don't generally like tactical RPGs, but it has been surprisingly fun. The character creation, although a bit limited, was a nice touch and was what made this game catch my interest. The relationship system is also quite appealing. I'm hoping to see one or two of their characters in the next Smash Bros. |
