| I don't understand why L immediately wavered and freed Light and Misa... hearing him apologize like that felt like he knew he was going to die soon. Heck, he did say sayonara in the next episode's trailer..... T____T |

| And there it is, evil Light is back, the moment was pretty awesome but at the same time I was sad because this all happened right next to L, and he had no idea. I also liked the scene where everyone was freaking out at the sight of Rem (also, she’s a girl? Damn I’ve been had), I guess everything really is out in the open now huh, this is about to become a completely different show, Higuchi sure done did do it didn’t he lol, but he’s dead now. It’s just unfortunate that upon discovering the death note, it’s exactly what is gonna throw them off Light’s trail even harder thanks to fucking fake rules… are you kidding me lol. I was like “wait, I don’t remember those being rules”, and yep, this motherfucker Light thought of everything, I can’t deny that it’s a really smart play but it hurts to see L forced to let Light and Misa have their freedom back, I really wanted L to find some reason to keep them under surveillance but he couldn’t do it. I also gotta say I’m a bit surprised that L hasn’t noticed the personality shift in Light, I know he’s a good actor but I feel like especially L would notice he’s changed, it’s very possible he has and just hasn’t made it apparent but as of rn it looks like he doesn’t know. And Misa got her memory back too huh, I love seeing Ryuk again but I’m ngl I think Misa was smarter before she got her memory back lol, she went and halved her life again just because Light bribed her with love (you know it’s not true), and I know Misa supposedly had extended life already because of the Shinigami that saved her, but half is a HUGE amount, I almost wonder if she dies tomorrow or something now lol. And with Misa having the eyes again, it’s looking like L’s fate is sealed… or is it? It seemed that way several times before and it didn’t happen, so I don’t buy it this time either, I also just love L and this won’t be as good without him so I don’t want to believe it lol, but that is a mighty scary cliffhanger even if I don’t buy it, next episode will be a wild one whether L dies or not. |
