Absolutely no one else in the world cares about that, not even other LotM haters. Why? Because someone spoiled you that that scene was important, so you paid your attention to it. But for all the others, after a certain point, if they rewatch the show and see that scene again, that's when they will see that that was a foreshadowing.

You see, those who don't like a wildly acclaimed piece of media, they see problems fans don't care about and they don't understand why this is importang. They said that the doll is Antigonus's creation, it can feel his other creations and those who contacted them.

The coughing scene—its whole problem is that they rushed the entire plot and shoved it in so blatantly. I’m pretty sure that guy could’ve been forgetting stuff, coughing, sweating blood, or shooting lasers from his eyes for fun before, but since the adaptation decided to skip everything, they cram in this “important Chekhov’s gun” in such a clunky way.

I think I mentioned in my first message that all the characters were used, and the big-nose guy was on that list.

As Klein arrived in his house he was spied on by someone from an organisation called the 'Secret Order', because they too want to get a hold on the Antigonus notebook

In last episode we saw Zhou Klein remember where original Klein left the notebook before he died. Zhou Klein visits the house next to the warehouse where last episode's battle took place and finds a dead body. Klein remembers visiting the house, but the son of the dead old woman [Ray Bieber] has disappeared and the Antigonus notebook is nowhere to be found in the house. Unlike last time, Ray Bieber can't be found with Spirit Dowsing, Klein's Beyonder power as a Seer, because someone with stronger Beyonder powers than Klein doesn't want them to find Ray Bieber. That's why the Church of the Goddess (the church of Klein's Beyonder team) sends along 3 people and a Sealed Artifact, an item with Beyonder powers

With the item, the puppet clown, they find Ray Bieber who's already lost control. He has the Antigonus notebook too. Suddenly a Sequence 7 Beyonder ambushes the Nightwatch(our team). They get into a fight and just as Klein is about to capture the notebook, the Antigonus notebook and the puppet strengthen eachother, making the puppet control Dunn and Klein. But just as Klein is about to be controlled by the puppet, he manages to do the four steps needed to go above the grey fog, that place he got from the luck ritual that isekai'd him. Using that, he can now move again because the grey fog woke him up with the touch just like his teammates did before. But he fakes still being frozen while the Sequence 7 approaches him. The Sequence 7 wants Klein to join his side and tells Klein the Seer Sequence 8 (Clown), willing to give Klein the potion if he surrenders. But Klein catches him off guard and puts the Sequence 7 in the puppet range before shooting him in the head

After the battle Klein keeps the grey fog a secret, because he doesn't want people to know he is not the real Klein. He lies he wasn't really in the range of the puppet and pretended to be caught by it. Leonard however noticed Klein was in range and managed to not be controlled. He tells Klein, but says to Klein it's okay he won't tell anyone, he's special too after all

The next day Klein visits Azik, his old teacher from when Klein(old Klein) studied history at the university. He asks Azik about Hornacis and the Antigonus family, because Klein wants to know more about what he keeps hearing (Hornacis, Flegrea) and other Beyonder things. Azik recognizes the terms, but can't quite put a finger on it. Then revealed is a huge skeletal structure as Klein leaves, showing Azik is a secret Beyonder

I liked this one. There's less explanation now, so that makes the episodes better since that's really the only thing it struggles with. Action scenes were great and the music hits hard

First of all, I loved the novel having only read it earlier this year. As a fan I'm loving the show, however without having read the novel I don't know that I'd be following this well at all so far. It's frankly a bit of a mess. Not sure why there are so many apologists trying to make out that this isn't the case. Apart from the visuals so far this is a fairly poor adaptation, how can it not be when compressing something like 80 chapters into 3 episodes? I still think it stands a good shot at being one the greats if it slows down a bit and can maintain the production quality on display so far. I'll be hanging in there, but I won't let my fandom blind me to problems either.

It's starting to do better. Eps 1 & 2 are bad, though i saw some people are satisfied with it, I'm not.

Eps 3 is likable for me with slower pacing than previous 2 episodes and obviously because Klein's lampooning, even though they change some part from the novel i'm not complaining, it's good, we need more Dunn & Daly moments 7/10.

Can still be better but i'm okay.

I'm curious about the other power he has. Feels similar to beyonder ability. Maybe high tier beyonder ability seperate from his seer power or the power of a god cause it was said high tier beyonder ability is almost same as god power.

This anime is promising and the animation is great and all, but I barely understand what the fuck is even going on here. The best episode so far has been episode 1 for me because there was some mystery to it, so I was intrigued, but 3 episodes in, I still don't understand anything about this.

I'm watching the English dub, but I'm not watching it with the subs because the subs are different from the dub, so that may be a reason why I barely understand what the fuck is even going on here. I would have a much easier time if I watched it with subs.

The pacing was actually pretty good in this episode and I guess that’s bc the majority of it was focused on the fight instead of exposition haha💀

This anime is very high quality art but it's confusing on history and the art itself too. Not to mention the many dark scenes when they don't need to be THAT dark. Cheap way to hide defects. Looks like the movies made "by Amazon".
