| Both my profile picture and avatar utilized on the forum is the same, which is of Nanoka Kohinata from the series Koi Kaze. Why? Partially as a way to honor it and its personal legacy and meaning to me as my first anime series watched, still one of my two top favorites, and one of my only 10/10s to date. But also because her and everything about it are beauty, art, and perfection personified and epitomized in excelsis. I deign not shirk the calling to bask in light and beauty of such a caliber at every opportunity. |
| mine's apparently a mascot from a company/brand named "Sugar Hiccup" which is almost impossible to find any info on. seems like most of the google search results are of the mascot on t-shirts and patches that were probably sold at hot topic at some point. the art style honestly seems a bit yoshitomo nara-influenced, doesn't it? all i can think of when i hear the brand name is Sugar Hiccup by Cocteau Twins lol edit: apparently Sugar Hiccup was a sublabel of the boutique apparel company "Strange Monster" that went out of business in 2009. you learn something new everyday! |
