1.Levi is basically mvp of the show (of course besides the Titan formed eren) he is most skilled survey Corps member there is which makes him badass and he actually learned how to survive and became strong unlike Mikasa who was really girly but suddenly became strong after eren told her to kill 2. he went through some serious bad shit but never complained about it (you might not consider this as a reason but very few characters do that so i had to include) 3. He reads the situation like when he beat shit out of eren in first season (It was necessary but damn he beat him too hard) but when eren accidentally turned into Titan for picking spoon and all of the corpes member were going to kill him he stood in front of them and told them to calm down (he would have taken them all) 5. He devoted himself to the humanity which makes him likable too (again unlike Mikasa who is doing all of this for ereh) Levi takes action that is best for humanity (it should have been erwin tho but nvm A-team survives all the time) 6. He's good looking and hot (no I'm not a fangirl) this is really shitty reason (atleast for me) I don't like characters just based on their looks but there are many simps out there who will just like how so many people liked Mikasa because she's hot (she's flawed annoying and poorly written character I can't stand her) but she's 2nd most favorited aot character and 3rd most favorited female character of all time (like really??3rd??)
But can't deny these fangirls are just too much
Anyway these are the reasons why people like Levi alot I don't even think you'll read all of this lol but you can just read first line of each reason

Being small isn't attractive for them. So I'm pretty sure Luffy is more attractive than Levi. Luffy has 100k+ favorites because of his personality and strength, not just his looks.
