no way I'm ready to think himari isn't gonna find a way to sabotage this at the start of the next episode

also to answer her question "not establishing a years long pattern of you goading him into demonstrating feelings only to stomp on them" might help ur voice reach him. you have reaped what you have sown. though ofc I fully expect you to get the happy ending you don't deserve instead of seeing what happens in normal life when you play with someone's feelings like that (yes commenters I know she's struggling to admit her own, still doesn't change what she's doing to yuu)

she deserves to lose him and understand what her actions should lead to. make a case for their relationship to change down the line after that, but she deserves to feel that loss IMO

Did not expect that ending to happen between Yuu and Himari!
It seems like Himari was able to muster up the courage to show Yuu her feelings...but how will Yuu response in the next episode?

What a great kiss scene by Himari, surrounded by her namesake sunflowers pulling in Yuu for the smooch. Does this mean Yuu will finally recognize that their feelings are mutual. I guess girl-boy friendships aren't meant to be at least in anime.

Wow I'm surprised Himari actually did the thing. Now it's up to Yuu to confess and accept or reject Himari's feelings while also balancing his contest with Kureha. Romance > Friendship
