It’s wild that anyone would call this anime peak or best of the season. The story has been so bland and the characters have barely any depth. The switching between 2d and 3d art styles is pretty corny, neither really look like they fit and it trashes the quality overall.

“Firm man” is attacked by the girl he saved because he wouldn’t bend over so she could put a scarf on him. Thats a stretch to say the least. She was bullied for drawing him kneeling and crying..

Dropped. I would rather have the season 3 of arcane that will never come.
@Dmoneh you don't need to announce it lol. If u into psychology anime, I can suggest "One Outs"

Such an amazing episode, huh... I really liked the Stand story and how it wrapped up... I thought everything would end calmly, but then that super intense ending hits... Damn, poor Moon, no peace for her, huh?

the 6th grade in me couldn't take "firm man" seriously. specially when the subs in my language translated his name to something more like 'erect'.

the world from this show would be my worst nightmare, because if you gain powers and turn into what people believe of you, i would've also jumped from a building a long long long time ago.

Yeah this trust thing is a double-edged sword. It could very well be a curse.

Moon has been kidnapped, and the entire scheme is in risk of being exposed. How is Lin Ling gonna handle this one, with his trust plummeting? Will another hero help him? Am still waiting for the glasses guy from the OP to show up

firm and the lil girl's story was quite nice, good to see the dirty tricks J and co were doing is being finally exposed, this is a chance for Ling to prove his worth
but man Firm had it very rough, i thought i was mistaken when smth seemed off when firm couldnt bend during the statue's inaugural, the girl went through a terrible time as well,

Guess I'm getting old.

I did not knew the finale would be this weekend and I was kinda of tired od the fast pacing but you was very welcoming, and that makes me want to give the show another chance.

I will try my best to keep up with the show to enjoy the finale with everyone else.

@Maracujina the first arc (and to a lesser extent the second (shorter) arc) is definitely a bit fast pacing wise, but I would say that over time the show slows down at least a solid bit. In the middle segments it slows down a fair amount, as it moves into a longer storyline building up to some *very* good moments, working together some very good developments. I really hope you enjoy, and I am glad that I've been able to help out with that! ❀️

3 for 3, another absolute masterclass of an episode. People's perception and trust giving heroes' their power really puts a twist on things. Wolfgirl had to become the villain she was to save Firm Man, by bringing him down. And save him she does, and Firm Man passes on the mantle to Lin Ling, who for a moment bears the weight of what is to come.

And the end of the episode just ups the ante. Is the new Nice about to get exposed already?? The first part is already done by showing that Moon is still alive. It's just all gas no brakes baby.
