Attack on Titan
| I remember the foaming rage when Gabi killed Sasha in the manga. Such hypocrisy and arrogance... People can be so dumb. Too bad many viewers will still miss the point of this story and this character in particular. There are no villains or heroes in AOT; there are victims and survivors. No one was born a monster. No one's innocent either. In a war, people die. Only naïve fools think they have the right to kill, but when the enemy does the same thing, they become less righteous or more monstrous. People mostly hated Gabi because of Sasha's death. It's stupid, considering how in war you kill and get killed. Sasha's father explained this very thing when asked to kill Gabi. Once again, only fools pick up their weapons and don't expect to be shot in return. Every soldier should realize this. Once you pick up a gun, you're a legit target. Doesn't matter what "righteous" cause you're fighting for, because, you're enemy is likely considering themselves just as righteous and is fighting for a great cause. AOT is amazing precisely because it shows both sides of conflict. |
| I honestly went from hating gabi a lot for her to become one of my favorites especially after this episode. She understands everything and the situation and doesn't hate people from paradis. She also will do anything to protect her friends. |
| I really hope not, i hated her in the episode she killed one of our favs but by the next episode the shock had worn off and it was really easy to see how brainwashed, and what a product of her environment, she is. Honestly i didn't even need character development (though that is always nice to see) to stop hating her, shes a child solderer, i pity her, i don't hate her. |
| Gabi is like that third wheel with those exact "she catch you there" belligerence. Need to hate her when she shoots off Eren's head. |

Friendly reminder she was actually supposed to die in season 2. Don't see how. Sasha at least had some personality and chemistry with the rest of the cast, Gabi is just there is there just there existing, waiting for the plot to need her to be in the right place at the right time. She contributes nothing of value and is overshadowed by about every character, old and new. |

| I will only accept Gabi hate if Eren is also hated because they are very similar characters. I like Gabi. I like Eren too, even though he is problematic as hell. |

Some people watch shows because of some characters that they really like, and if she killed that character for you then its understandable to hate her. Totally agree with this. Also if she existed irl, I'd understand her actions (or try my best to forgive her), but she's a fictional character so it's not that serious, I don't care enough to change my dislike for her. Plus my hatred/dislike for her came more from her being annoying and bratty, I already find many well-liked anime characters unlikeable, I have no energy to deal with intentionally irritating characters on top of that. |

| Eren in s1, s2 and s3 I hated. Gabi I disliked in s4 p1, because she was a gender-bended Eren pre s4. |

| She's just Young Eren with x10 stupidity. It's impossible for me to like her (especially since I hated Eren too so why would I like an Eren clone?) |
