There are always two version, one is censored and other is uncensored (For TV broadcast & preference). The one you're asking for is in uncensored version. (completely uncensored). I don't think they can broadcast uncensored one live, especially the thing you are asking for. (except AT-X)  |

| "Japanese adult video (known as AV or JAV in Japan) is censored with a mosaic due to Article 175 of the Japanese Criminal Code, which prohibits the sale/distribution of obscene materials." i found that on the internet although if that's the reason they could probably use mosaic censoring but maybe they are trying to stay true to the source material cs most manga's can't really show the actual genitals which then it would be considered hentai/porn and wouldn't be licensed but where it's not shown then i guess that's another story idk but i hope i was able to somewhat answer ur question Also they might show everything completely in the BD so maybe they plan to do that so they can get some sales |

| Catering to adults or not this stuff airs on regular old TV over there. genitals MUST be censored in Japan, BY LAW. it has absolutley nothing to do with the broadcasting services overseas. You routinely get strategically censored tv releases and they remove most of that for the home releases. but like... you're still only going to see some boobs. anything else is gonna be mosaic'd, black barred or whatever else to still fall in line with their own laws. |

| I mean Passione apparently only censored the sexual and nude portions. O ther studios censore the gory and violent portions. I guess it depends on the channel, which will air the anime. |
