These are my chocolate brownie cookies. Because why choose between the two when you can have both at the same time? You get the crust of a cookie, but the fudgy, ooey gooey chocolate brownie inside. Deliciousness is imminent. I used two types of dark, semi-sweet chocolate, cocoa powder and white chocolate for these bad boys, and I think they reflect my indecisiveness when it comes to what I want to eat.

Oh and... I only had room for 12 on the tray, and I was too lazy to cook just one or two more. So I kinda had to eat the batter that was left. Tough job, but someone's gotta do it~

In this one, you can't see the apple but it's really nice and had yummy gooey goodness (It's more delicious than described!)

I was thinking of doing Oatmeal cinnamon recipe because I LOVE oatmeal but the apple/lemon/cinnamon combo thing appealed to me more :D
Yes it has a lemon zest. 6_6 But that's completely optional lol

here is my first recipe :

My apologies if the photos look a little dark, I lightened them up because as always I was eating my dinner pretty late x)

CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP



I used Chinese cabbage, marinated chicken strips with soy sauce and a mixture of chili paste, tahini paste, garlic and ginger and of course chicken broth and noodles.I added extra chili paste because I like my food spicy and it gives a pretty color to the food :3 The chicken strips cook very fast so after 10 min it's ready to serve.The reason that I chose this recipe is because it's one of the recipes that is really easy to make and it's something I can look forward to when I'm on my way home from work/school. ( * ಥ ⌂ ಥ * )

If I get trough this round I'll try to make the food when it's still light so the pics will look better :) !!

My dish today will be my classic favorite...

First I'll explain what I used!
(obviously) 1 tomato & 1 onion
cilantro
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb lean ground pork
steak seasoning
grounded basil leaves
lemon
2 guacamole
corn tortillas

▼ Now some delicious pictures (￣▽￣人) and how to. ▼

First cook and mix in the beef & pork ground meat together
I used 3/4 of a pre made taco season but you can you use steak seasoning.


Chop yer vegies into small dices!
Took a pic of this because I accidentally made it look like the Mexican flag xD


Grill the tortillas!! Usually I do it on stove top but you can microwave them.
Or use a hot plate. I recommend grilling but it can hurt so be careful.
Add the guacamole first, the the meat and finally the veggie tops it all!!


Squirt the lemon inside or rub it around the tortilla ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ Luckily mom made rice haha


Fold it like so or wrap it. Usually I wrap it because some stuff can fall out.

Best taco I've had tbh.

Of course the lemon and guacamole are completely optional but definitely recommended!

My Stuffed Mushroom

I prepared this dish in the morning so the photos wouldn't come out dark and took it to school to eat it while studying :3

It's lovely as a stuffing and also a really nice spread for on roasted baguette :3






For this dish I used cherrytomato's , tomatosauce and red onion as the required ingredients

The full recipe is: (For one person)
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- One BIG mushroom
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 pieces baguette
- 1/2 red onion
- Any kind of bell pepper (I used red,green and yellow)
- Pepper/Salt to taste
- Some basil as garnish ;)

To put this lovely delight together just make sure you fry all the greens first (onion,garlic, bell pepper). Once they are softened you can put the tomato sauce in and stir for a couple of minutes. This doesn't take long since it's going in the oven anyways. now dump all the goodies into the mushroom and put it in the oven for like 15-20 min with some baguette. And Bon appétit!!!
