| I think this anime might of reached its peak. Battle maids vs monsters! Jokes aside, it was kinda building towards this episode not long from the previous one. At least we got some actual action instead of the endless smiling and chatter. Maids in this show are on another level. They didn't leave Rio out of the fun either. |

| okay what is the role of the hero? I mean Sakata Hiroaki. I know that this wasn't his own affiliated kingdom. But, wasn't he the summoned hero with superhuman powers? He's the hero, yet he was sitting and doing nothing inside the palace while the entire city was under attack from the monsters, like nothing happened at all and when those undead invaded that room, he still did not even try to unsheathe his sword. He's literally useless at this point. Just bragging and doing nothing. They're too over-protecting him. He was summoned as a hero, not as a princess. come on..... |

After watching this episode, they somehow dragged the pacing (not the story but the animation) of this episode by <15%. There were times that it was unnaturally slow. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| I was just thinking, that perhaps, in the midst of big battles, tactical, battle, and command style language might be more appropriate than court etiquette language. Some less of "You are most welcome my lady' and more of 'form a new line here' "Push them back to the gate' "kill that bastard over there'. Also, does no builder of fortified cities in anime know how to strengthen wall gates. Ever heard of a barbican, portcullis, multiple gates? |

| What does Hiroaki even do? Worst hero summoning ever?? Bro supposed to have superhuman abilities and just sits on his ass hiding behind women all day while Haruto does all the work and saves the city. Haruto isn’t even from or aligned with this country and has no obligation to help, but does. While the summoned hero is having a tea party 😂 Speaking of that fight, as usual looked really bad. Haruto’s clockwise sword swipe AOE move looked soooo bad 😭 the slice of life and character interactions are def carrying this series rn. Like the battle maids, or at least the blonde one, joining Haruto’s harem! She’s his new biggest fan lol I felt bad for Alphonse getting turned into a revenant ghoul, but looks like he’s ok with it since it gave him strength so idk lol. Hopefully Haruto can get to the mansion in time to save everyone! |

| Monsters everywhere, but Amande is pretty well organized for these kinds of situations. Thankfully Aishia is able to assess the situation quickly to get Rio in the right spot. All the maids are very competent doing their part. Quite the ending we got, Hiroaki can probably defeat Alphonse and the monsters but I think Lucius is too strong. |

| The pacing is so dang slow this season my gosh. All this episode had was a few badly done CGI battles at the gate and sneaking into the mansion. All of that could’ve been condensed down so much it’s not even funny. Like they could’ve done the same thing while taking half the episode time instead and gotten us the next part already. There’s slow pacing and then there’s this which is just ridiculous at this point. |
| This episode was pretty boring. The monster invasion has started, but it's not a problem for Rio. Even with Rio showing off his power, the pace of the story is very slow. I just hope that in the next episode, Alphonse transformed into a monster and beats up Hiroski (who is a terrible hero and does nothing but show off without doing anything) and then Rio can beat up Alphonse. |

| This episode is all about how charming Rio can be. Amazing, amazing and amazing, those cute maid said. But smh such a stiff battle with that monsters, saving budget to the max, huh? At least show me more magic attack than those same repeated echanto physical ability and photon bullet forever. And what's up with Alphonse? Is he just create a clone or what? No explanation. Good. Next please, this is underwhelming. |

| I just hate when actually strong female characters are just kept like damsel in distress for pLoT. What's the point of Aishia and Celia to be protected. Even if your animation is bad if you show an actual good battle it can be overlooked like Arifureta but this is ass from every angle. Atrocious CGI use, fights are boring and so is Haruto's power meh. Only reason people still watch this is for waifus lol. That useless hero though, let's see how much damage Alphonse can do before Rio saves the day inevitably. My guess nothing but maybe kidnap Flora. |

Even if not Celia Aishia should 100% join the fight "protect Celia" she is one of the strongest mage she doesn't need protection. Also I watched the prequel very recently so I have very good idea what's happening. Even if they are hiding there's no point in staying week helps in anything. | A lot of people complaining about Hiroaki being useless. As far as I remember from the LN, every heroes have superhuman powers, which include super regeneration. However, as they are summoned from Japan, they have no skills/experience in combat at all. Hence, they require training to be effective in combat. You're definitely not alone in feeling this way. Nothing new happened in this episode. We still have no information about the motives of the villain creating Revenants from soldiers. Instead, we just saw Haruto fighting weaker parts of a demon army—something we already knew he could handle. This entire episode felt like a whole lot of buildup with no real payoff. |

The story deserves much better treatment than it's getting. The current pacing feels like we're just reading the light novel, but the anime format offers so much more flexibility. They're honestly just wasting the potential here. |

Many people, especially those defending poor pacing, seem to be watching solely for the waifus. It's already rare to see strong female characters who take decisive, impactful actions when it really matters. In most anime, a female MC will be portrayed as strong and capable 90% of the time, but when a critical moment arrives, she suddenly breaks character, acts meek, and gets kidnapped—just so the hero can swoop in to save her. This trend is frustrating, and it undermines the potential of these characters. |

| The battle to defend Amande certainly needs Haruto's help to quell the horde of monsters infiltrating the Kingdom, and Liselotte is put on the spot, though they can trust him to do the job being a one-man army. Wherever the monsters are, Haruto can easily clear them, whilst the Ricca Company just needs to get its citizens to safety. And in the midst of this, Alphonse being a revenant to sneak his way to Princess Flora alongside Lucius, the infiltration going unnoticed until the final corner, Hiroaki better prove his worth as the Hero. |

| The problem with this season is they are spending way too much time doing nothing important to the plot, all to set up Rio to save the day and vanquish his enemies. The CGI has been quite jarring maybe even worse than some of the more atrocious offenders. |
