Yea it crossed my mind to be honest, but I doubt it, because this time skip is just basically training so they continue where they left off, if they are still the same lovable always arguing idiots, than nothing will matter, where as Narutos was just a complete focus on the main character and a select few, completely ignoring everything else while only adding more villains and plots that never fitted in originally. |

| I'm so excited for the next chapter! :) I can't wait for their reunion, and they will all be a lot stronger by then. It's good to see that Luffy may be able to use his "haki" willingly by then, unlike during the war or in Impel Down. |

| great, im so ashmed i forgot what day it was and didn't get it read till mid night last night and forgot to update my list. who knows maybe when the anime inly gets to this spot they will do a nartuo thing (sory for saying that show in hear) and to after the time skip as a new show like one piece new world. |

| Finally, the long awaited time skip is here. It was good to see Luffy again, but now it will be four boring weeks with no One Piece, but still, I do understand Oda when he wants 4 weeks. Since, he isn't just gonna figure what's gonna happen in the chapter. He also has to make new character design, not on just the straw hats, new skills, and how strong they become. Also, it would be weird for us readers to just start reading the next chapter next week. Well, I can't wait! |

| I can't shake off this feeling of danger. One Piece is already great (imo, the greatest) as it is. A single timeskip has the potential to significantly change One Piece into something worse or something better. Here's to hoping it's the latter - since I can't do anything else other than to believe in Oda and engage myself in wishful thinking. So please, Oda... Please execute it flawlessly. I'll continue trusting you in hopes that you can pull off a risky timeskip and build a great legacy to an already great shonen manga/anime. |

| So, let's see what everyone's doing now... Luffy: On an island that changes climate every week, between the 48 "seasons" of Grand Line islands, and he's receiving Haki training with the Pirate King Gol D. Roger's first mate, Rayleigh. Also getting stronger just by surviving on that island, fighting the animals that live there. Zoro: Receiving sword training from the strongest (?) swordsman in the world, and his ultimate goal, the Shichibukai Mihawk, after he rests his battered body for probably the first time, ever. Nami: On Weatheria, a Sky Island where they research the weather of the New World. Learning to become a much better navigator. Probably going to know a lot more than any navigator in the New World by the time the two years pass. Usopp: Learning to become a brave warrior of the sea, improving his fighting capabilities on a harsh island with lots of dangerous flora and fauna. Sanji: Becoming a better chef on the island of okamas, learning to make food that literally boosts someone's spirits/vigor, and helps them get stronger? Or something like that. Chopper: On an island full of doctors, researching plenty of medical skills he's never known of. Robin: Spending two years with the Revolutionaries under Dragon. Probably going to learn a LOT about the World Government, and definitely going to get stronger, possibly increasing the effectiveness of her Devil Fruit power. Franky: Researching the notes of Vegapunk, the head of the technological department of the Marines. Possible upgrades to his weapons, and possibly learning how to make the Thousand Sunny even stronger. Brook: Becoming a better musician... That's about all I got out of that. LOL. |

| I never would have expected Zoro to put his pride aside, or for Luffy to take the hat off for anything; I guess that just shows how much faith he has in Luffy and the Straw Hats, and how seriously Luffy is taking this training. Looking towards the future, I can't even imagine what everybody's status is going to be after two years of specialized training. Heh, the only member of the crew who will probably even look the same is Robin. Also, I'm predicting that Luffy's haki specialty will be a hybrid of two different colors or color of the emperor; what really interests me though is what other techniques he is going to invent after learning haki. Once again, One Piece undoubtedly had the best chapter of the week. |
