That is because "rectangle" is a general term, which describes a shape with 4 right angles. A square is more specific. It has 4 right angles and the side lengths are all the same. All brandy is not rakia, but rakia is brandy. edit: Perhaps a better example: Champagne is a type of sparkling wine. It is made differently in a different region than other sparkling wines, and can have a completely different taste. But it is still a sparkling wine. edit: fixed a really stupid typo. |

But the method and technology rakia is created makes it rakia, not the fruits, because of the same fruits you can create vodka also, but everyone will say that vodka is not brandy, nor rakia, right ? Because the process it is created is different. As I said above brandy was first created by distiling wine, but you can't say that brandy is wine, because you'll say wine is created from grapes only, but you can make brandy from other fruits, right ? I can say that cognac, also armagnac and grapa are brandy but I'll stop to here. I can give you a flashy example of rakia which is called vishnovka, that kind of rakia at first is created as the other one, but the after process is the exact process in which bottled fruits are created. Vishnovka is sweet as hell you know. Have you drunk brandy which is sweet ? |
