Mini Anime
No not small resolution anime or short episode length, I'm talking Mini the car. And not the BMW kind, the real Mini built from 1959 to 2000 keeping the same basic design for 41 years giving real meaning to "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
But I digress, what does this have to do with anime? Being the pedantic nerd that I am, I happen to notice these small mechanical wonders showing up in anime every so often and have started screencapping them. Because I'm a nerd. Pretty sure I mentioned that earlier. So without further ado, I present my ever expanding gallery of Minis. Enjoy!

That sounds really nice!Yeah, Mini's kinda siut anything. They're one of the only kind of cars that can get away with being yellow (or pink! I saw one of those! I don't like pink though) |

I've always had this image of a white Mini Cooper with black bonnet stripes and a black roof. Black wheel arches too.Although yellow and black is a nice combination. I'm pretty sure every colour bar one would be sweet, the exception being brown. I just can't envisage a good looking brown Mini. Maybe if it was so dark that you'd have to get very close to see that it was brown and not black. |

I'd say so. Perhaps not quite as classic as the VW Beetle, but still...Actually I don't drive. Never really wanted to, just own a Mini. I suppose I have to learn sometime. |

Lol! Someone in my family has a mini! Arn't they cute! I love them, i want a yellow one wen im older. I call yellow mini YMCA's, that stands for YELLOW MINI, COOLEST AUTOMOBLIE. (YMCA is the name of a song here, hence the initials). Do u hav a mini?

I see this car/model a lot of times because some neighbors of mine own them. That's an MG. Sometimes they call them mini coopers (don't know why - I'm not a car person). One of them colored it exactly like Mister Bean and even put the damn padlock on it. Funny stuff.

nice to see that in this here day and age..you are still hanging onto the classics..cars like these and when it comes to anime..there's always more modern stuff to idealize isnt it...good though
