| So this is basically girls last tour mixed with super cub with a lot more 3DCGI. Pretty interesting start, they’ve nailed the melancholic vibes and I can already tell I’ll be crying here. They made me care for a damn tank AI FFS lmao. What I’m really curious about is how society fell and how Yoko survived it? Seems like she’s going to be having flashbacks to her old life as they visit different locations.. was she put in stasis and awoken with an android companion by her older sister maybe? 🤔 Looking forward to going on an emotional roller coaster with these girls |

| Hakone was a place often driving. I visited ONSEN facilities all over the place. I thought that when such a place of memories becomes a ruin, it transforms into that kind of landscape. There were scenes that evoked elements from various works like “Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryoko” “High-School Fleet” “Super-Cub” “Planetarian” and “Made in Abyss”. And the final scene reminded me of the last scene in the finale of “Yuki Yuna”. |
| hmm seems quite interesting! I love Girls last tour but the vibe seems to be completely different so I won't be expecting anything like that. I'm particularly interested in what happened before this, wonder if we'll get an explanation or if it's up to our imaginatio |

| Wow that was amazing! The background art was phenomenal and the coloring rich and vibrant. The characters designs have a unique feel to them and look great. The animation is looking really nice. Let's hope it stays this quality. And we get some interesting mysteries to think about too. Who is the bike rider? What is her connection to the two girls? How far in the future was the apocalyptic event? It seems the apocalypse had something to do with radiation - was it a nuclear war? How far after the apocalypse are we now? Are these two girls robots? They don't seem to be affected by the radiation and at least one of them has a plasma gun arm. As someone else noticed above, what is with the Nessie sighting? And why were the stars in the night sky in a strange grid pattern? Of course everyone wants to immediately compare it to Girls Last Tour, but I'm going to hold off on that for now and view it as it's own work. It's a little early to say but this might end up being the first 10 for me in a little while. |

| Yoko has to be some kind of android too or else she was in cryostasis like Fry from Futurama or something. If the cities got that overgrown with plants and there was enough time for a big tree to grow in the middle of a building, someone from before the apocalypse would either be dead by now or at least older, but she still has memories from before the apocalypse. Nice atmosphere and I like almost any post-apocalyptic stories, but not sure if it'll hold my interest. The most interesting part would be finding out more about the mysteries of what happened in the past and all that, but somehow this feels like it will be the kind of show where you never really get any answers. |
| Not sure if Yoko is an android but Airi definitely is after the scene that occurred with her changing her arms to weapons destroyed the tank that was chasing them, that was a surprise. For now this looks to be a series where these 2 girls will be traveling, or touring, all over Japan and I think Yoko is either looking for her sister or just trying to go the places that she's been to. I like the scenic views that this has shown and I think there will be more explanation forthcoming as to what exactly happened to have this world changed to a post-apocalyptic one. |

| Woah... tanks, explosions and androids right off the bat? O-okay. 3/5 start. There are too many questions in the air regarding context and insinuations, so guess I will wait for more episodes to come out before forming a proper opinion of this show. |

| Girl's Last Tour where a pair of girls rode a Kettenkrad through a science fictional city... Kino's Journey where one girl rides around a fantastical world on her talking motorcycle... Dusk Beyond the End of the World broadcasting right now... that's 1 guy and 1 android girl... Yuru Camp... well that one is a stretch, but one girl does have a moped... Otherside Picnic... once more a stretch but kinda close... Dr. Stone... maaaybe... but probably not... Fist of the North Star... oookaaay that one is a HUGE stretch! but still post-apocalyptic... Desert Punk? no. nope. i can't count that one. Trinity Blood? no. nope. that one won't work either. anybody else have any ideas on OTHER anime that have pulled this same kinda premise? because seriously, this is a giant downer of an idea. Bummersville, Japan... Population 1 human girl and 1 android girl. who's going to get hyped about Japanese tourism with this one? CGDC&DT? cute girls doing cute and dangerous things? |
