| As others have said, I am getting way too much of an Episode III feel from this. Orochimaru and all the other bad guys from before were evil, but I don't remember any of them being insane. Sasuke's character no longer has any depth. He has gone from cold and calculating to an obsessive nut job. This fight between him and Kakashi is just stupid. Kakashi is regarded as the best in the village. He is Sasuke's better in every aspect except for chakra reserve and the use of the sharingan. I totally agree with Fai in being fed up with Sasuke's constant overpowering and the degradation of the characters. The manga still gives glimpses of what made it great but I kind of want the story to end before I start to hate it. |

I mean it's bad enough part 2 was mainly filled with cries for Sasuke but now the manga makes no sense. On another note Fai is saying what a real fan is thinking. The series has gone downhill. Every new chapter lately is random and honestly without logical reason Sasuke keeps getting stonger and fighting opponents he shouldn't be winning against. I figure as do I you can't stop what you started shitty or not, if you read over 400+ chapters and the manga you've read turns to crap chances are you're not gonna stop till it's over. But yea, like it or not as much as I loved Naruto and it even got me into manga, it's not the same. It's interesting but for the past year nothing seems planned, every fight is random, kishi even fails to follow his own story/plot logic and I figure we call this the savage sasuke arc. Where he attacks every high class ninja in konoha and wins without fail. |

| Ishmael,you are so right ! Lately, it seems that Sasuke has been completely engulfed by the dark force and he is not even thinking anymore. I'm amazed to see just how low he has fallen as a character. Anyway I simply don't give a damn anymore. When the manga started going downhill,l I was very angry at first, but I gave up caring after a while . Actually, I've been laughing my ass off while reading the last chapters. Hurrayy!! Saucegay has finally lost it ! I wonder what is he gonna' come up with next. Seeing Sasuke like that made me feel like I was reading not THE naruto manga but a lame parody of it. |
Don't talk to me about character development if Kaizuka Inaho or Slaine Troyard are in your favorites. |
| You are all assuming the he is going to win this fight. There is nothing that even remotely suggests that he is going to. Sasuke thinks that he is capable of defeating Kakashi which is ridiculous to even think in his state and this would make it even more satisfying when Kakashi serves Sasuke his own ass on a sliver platter. I mean I don't why you guys are not liking this. This is the best thing that has happened in the manga in a while. Kakashi is going to hurt Sasuke bad unless Madara intervenes which he most probably will. And if he does intervene I hope it's after Kakashi inflicts some serious damage and puts Sasuke in a life or death situation and make him doubt his own existence and question his purpose in life xD. Maybe it's not fully sinking in for you guys but Kakashi wants to kill Sasuke his own student! And he has finally realized that the scum bag is beyond saving. This is exciting progress! |

But eh, I'm hoping I get thrown the unexpected next chapter. But my prayers have yet to be answered excluding the whole Sasuke was willing to sacrifice Karin shit. | It was a very good chapter! (Even if I don't like the fact that Sasuke is so evil,but I guess I got used to it lately XD) Sakura had a nice plan, but still she is too naive and kind hearted to do something like this. :) And in the end she was the one who was lure in. ^^ I'm happy that Kakashi saved her and now he's again in the manga. (I missed him much.) Though I'm a bit sad that they're fighting (when I started reading Naruto this two were my favourites so...) |

So quit the whining about Sasuke every single week, it's getting pathetic and predictable. Kakashi really picked the wrong time to interfere, we were so close to getting rid of Sakura for good... damn. Loved Sasuke's Yagami Light laughter though. |

| I think this is what will happen. Sasuke is worn out so Kakashi will beat him but will fail to land a deathblow before Madara returns to save Sasuke. Maybe there will be 2 panels of Naruto next time :P. |

| A bit too late in the love/hate party but um. unless someone mentioned that Sasuke did infact bit Karin to get healed in the past 3-4 pages that I skipped, i'll mention it again. Fai, you forgot that Sasuke did infact bit Karin to get healed, as opposed to 'lol I gets auto heal w/ my auto Life3 ability I learned from FF6" or something. But whatever, anyways, great chapter~. | Just watch. Sasuke's going to be just fine because he's got a senzu bean. :P I didn't mind this chapter if only because it's a lead up to what will hopefully be a decent battle. Of course, any fight with Kakashi is good. |

| Ive always hated sasuke and im not sure what kind of character development ur talking about but sasuke has not developed at all. He still wants the same thing revenge. Nothing has changed about him other than I guess his power. Anyways im pretty sure Kakashi is going to lose and die. Kishi is trying to kill off all of the older generation in Konoha. Plus everyone knows the big fight is going to be with Naruto and Sasgay. |
