I'm still hoping Drel is more than just working with / being controlled by another dark beast. I liked his motivation being about taking fate to humanity's hands and breaking the prophecy, it made him stand out, and together with killing Alicia's father it also made him a compelling overarching villain. Sadly, I think that version of Drell is already dead and is just a host to a Dark Lord beast. You'll hear him talk and act like he did before but it seems no longer evident that it's still him after he offered up his body to seal a copy of Clevatess. |

| Hiden's Crown Princess T'ala knowing that her son is still alive amidst General Drel's advances attacking other nations, and the Hammer of Kings is the last resort of her nobility to stop the former hero, it's all she has. With Naie captured by Phil and Pito, Alicia's interrogation begins to identify what is Drel up to with the unknown Lord, though seemingly out of nowhere, the need for her to bring Luna back to Hiderat, gives both Alicia and Klen a free ride to the royal city, to find Drel fast. With Naie's unexpected help to bring Alicia to the heart of the war zone, as T'aia and her forces surround Drel but to no avail, and both Klen and Nelluru bringing Luna to activate the King's Forge (while Favio and his small troop gets flagged), everything depends on the young kid now. The calm before the storm, at least what it seems to be... |
