| Best first episode I have seen in my whole life....I actually had tears of joy and sadness from how insanely epic this is. The animation is godtier, music is godtier and that scream from Eren at the end of the episode, I felt the emotion in that voice sooo goddamn much. Speechless!!! This anime is something else...even recommended it to my father. |

Well no, I enjoy anime, but a lot of them don't deserve anything higher than 6. And some are enjoyable but have a shit ton of flaws (in my eyes at least). I got a weird rating system I guess. |

| And the first episode starts off with an intimidating scene that really is scary, The OP sounds so good This animation is top off considering this is from 2013 damn it looks so smooth and the character designs fit so well and their voices syncs up Some gory stuff I should say this scene alone I expect a lot of gloomy things that will happen in the future starting from her mother getting eaten by a giant and the ED kind of fits the sad and bad vibes in the end pretty horrific stuff. |

| This was a legendary start to a legendary anime. It does everything right in my opinion. I just don't have many words to express how I felt during it. It was just amazing. |
