| Did they seriously forgive someone who plotted the murder of his father, sister and the country's king and princess? It's series like this when I miss Redo of Healer's no non-sense attitude. Is Lexia stupid? Also, is Kaori stupid? Wait, of course they are, they are female characters in a run-of-the-mill isekai. We can't have good female characters in a run-of-the-mill isekai, can we? |
| Talk about a fat nerds wet dream. BUt I get it, it would be kinda cool to have what you train and do in the isekai become reality in the real world. Still though, this show was about what was expected from its themes. The characters eyes were often unsettling, likes demons eyes or monsters eyes. I get that the age olf " anime eyes" have had overexaggerated sizes and detail, but the way they were done in this show often didnt feel right. Happy valley effect a bit I guess lol. What sucks about the last 10+ years is that most anim shows just are not done well enough to be satisfying with only 12 episodes. and WAY too many shows have only 12 shows or around that number This show coud have done much more if it was 24 episodes in length or even just a tad less than that. The main character was as dense and clueless as most of them are, and there was no real overarching higher goals or anything achieved. Still, at least it looked ovkay and had the cute lil wolf and pig as pets. ANd that Phantasy Star like sound effect at the end of each episode when they show the next episodes title and number. That was quaint but it didnt quite warrant a higher score, but it had its momments...eh...whatevs its a solid 6/10 which is generous and fitting. Obscuring all the anime nudity with "sauna steam", how sneaky. AND THAT ENDING SUCKED! SO cookie cutter run of the mill. WHom knows or cares if a second season is upcoming. If there is one, it better be WAAAY better. But as I said...least we got cute lil wolfey and piglet :P |

| Holy damn, I had to drag my arse just to finish this series as it became increasingly unbearable in the later stages. I probably wouldn't last through another season of this anime. |
