We are introduced to Mado, the Yamato Mori equivalent to Zora and she tells Sandek to kill his brother.

This may be the reason Chimera looks like this.

Cool chapter we get revealed that Mado is indeed a bitch, character design doesn't lie, also I didn't remember who she was at first but I was sure I had seen her face before so I looked through the manga and she does gets shown in chapter 33, Sora says Mado was not able to foresee the downfall of the Yamato prefecture but this contradicts chapter 26 when they say she did have a premonition about it, maybe we got it all wrong and the girl with the black-and-white hair and master Mado are totally different Choujin with foresight abilities? I may be wrong but I don't think they referred to the girl directly as "Mado" at any point...

you can tell that the story is really picking up now. one of the main themes established I would say is 'the implications of prophecy'. such a sad chapter, by the looks of it Sandek did go through with the order; really sad.
