| A disappointing and rushed ending to a story that was poorly abridged for this anime production. I had hoped the animation team might invest a little more effort or money in the finale, but the poor animation and scripting continued right up to the end. I will have to go back to the light novels to forget this underwhelming anime. |
| Overall this was a very awful production, very bad in literally all technical leves. Plus, the fact that the main couple spent basically all the episodes sitting on a fucking couch and flirting with each other without going any further really pisses me off ngl. Also, not even a kiss when every little detail in the episode literally asked for that? How disappointing... Still, I guess it has its cute moments, not entirely shit but overall just another subpar romance of the season. |

| Production quality aside, this anime gave me diabetes episode after episode, so loved it. Mahiru destroyed those guys to a point they'll probably never recover in their 3 HS years. |

| Decided to watch this on release day for the finale after watching this on Sundays up till now lol. This was a pretty sweet finale, got some sports festival goodness that gave us some good final Chitose moments, who also ended up being the one to get Mahiru and Amane to take a step forward with their relationship. Mahiru telling off her simps with a smile on her face was pretty awesome, and that final scene where her and Amane confess all their feelings up to this point and go for the hug to end all hugs was a nice way to end it, of course a kiss would have been preferred there but they got the point across that these two are officially a couple now and I think that’s the most important part, despite the fact they’ve pretty much been a couple for most of the show lol. This was overall a very nice anime, it didn’t have great animation and it may have beat around the bush for a little too long with Mahiru and Amane’s relationship but I appreciate it for being a really cute show that put a smile on my face time and time again. It brought us one of the best waifus of the season, being Mahiru, and I found Amane to be a pretty damn good MC. And I’ll say I was a big fan of Chitose lol, she sadly took a huge backseat and only appeared briefly but I really liked her, I’d love if we got a Chitose and Ikkun spin-off lol. And of course I can’t forget the third most prominent character, being Amane’s couch lol, it was the cushions that brought our main couple closer together until the end. The OP by Masayoshi Ooshi was one of the bests of the season as well, and I really loved the EDs sung by Mahiru’s VA, I originally heard them in Takagi-San but she did a great job on them too. I’d really like another season of this to see Amane and Mahiru as a couple and what drama might come about Mahiru’s parents but honestly this ending felt pretty final for the anime and a bit like read the LN bait, but of course I’d absolutely welcome another season and be there to watch once again. |
| Ah, what a wonderful watch but I really do need another season to truly appreciate this season. I really did enjoy this the opening was really good and always gets me hyped on the episode I was about to watch. I did hope full on a kiss scene but I guess a confession and kiss on the cheek would have to do. I'm normally not a fan of romances that just end with the relationship there and not getting a single glimpse of the buildup there, but here the buildup was so nice to watch that theres not really much to complain about. |

| this was such a cute ending to a cute show. although i do hope we get a season 2 in which we can watch their relationship develop. many short romance animes like this just have the couple get together in the last episode and then end it there, so it'd be nice to see them continue. even if not a season 2, a movie or a long special episode about their relationship after the confession. the scavenger race scene was so good. everyone was so shocked and i was just losing it over hoe cute they are. also loved the scene with mahiru standing up for amane and leaving the other guys speechless in doing so. and the confession scene was So Them. so many good vibes and lots of feelings pouring out. i just really liked the anime. i would recommend this to anyone looking for a short and sweet romance. i can't wait to rewatch it all at once. also can't wait to read the LNs, as everyone says they're even better than the show. ill miss watching this every saturday |

| This is so cute. I'm listening the ending theme right now, and glad this series was on my plan to watch of this season. This anime had all the classic episodes, such as the Hatsumode and School Festival. I want a 2nd part, but I don't really know... this seems to be the conclusion, right...? It was a sweet and kind story. |

| wholesome ending to a wholesome show. glad they sealed the deal in the last episode at least, mahiru even went in for a cheek kiss. progress is good, solid 7/10. whole season was consistentgood, aside from the animation. |
