| The two don't seem to go well together, I would guess xD Both concepts are great in seperate animes/mangas, but have they been together? I'm not looking for something that is action packed with nude girls all over the place (I've seen too much of that..) I can understand if there aren't many options. Other than that, is there a really, really gorey anime/manga? |

| Lets see.... Kara no Kyoukai is pretty gorey at parts and touches on romance throughout, it's actually one of my favorite series'. But it doesn't really focus on romance exactly, it's still there. I guess I can't say elfen lied.. :P There's Tsukihime: Lunar Legend, pretty bloody and has romance. It liked it, but I wouldn't say it's memorable. Baccano! is very gorey and there's like 5 couples :P. I watched this one recently and it has become my favorite! That's all I can really think of, I wish there were more of this type. |

| claymore is a good gore anime with a touch of romance. (watch the anime up till ep 20ish than convert to manga) Berserk also got a touch of romance.IMO best manga period got to be Berserk, the artwork is amazing and detailed and the story is one of a kind. only downside is that it would probably take another 30 years for the manga to be complete =/ |

| They include romance and gore but you probably won't like 'm that much: Highschool of the Dead, Majin Devil, School Days >:) Hellsing Ultimate is pretty gorey. Umineko no Naku Koro ni is too, but it almost ignores the romance. |

| Jyu oh sei ain't really too bloody, shits still great gantz would fit the description almost perfectly, although its got lots of skin exposed school days terrific drama, lots of romance, some gore(not throughout) The best thing about it is its not sci fi. Its like a real life situation with blood an' gore |

| Gantz. Its incredibly gory and has a bit of romance. Read the manga though, as the anime does it absolutely no justice (and cuts out really early). |

| I've been reading the Claymore manga, and I love it. People have recommended Baccano! to me before, so I'll definately check it out. I'll look at Blood+ and Berserk, since I've been wanting to read the manga :P A friend of mine told me that she hated School Days, so I'm a bit hesitant about watching it. Saikano and Vagabond, I haven't heard of before but I'll give it a shot anyways. I've been recommended Gantz before, so I'll be planning on reading it. Rurouni Kenshin, I've heard of it, and I do look forward to it :P Thanks for all the recommendations! :D |

| Elfen Lied - surprised no-one else mentioned it. Definitely has gore, and definitely has romance. Although, it also has quite a lot of action and nude girls, but it's not too much the ecchi way. |
