The OVA exaggerated a very tame chapter of the manga for no real reason. The anime/manga has been very popular without needing to rely on that kind of fanservice. So let's just call it what it is... some people in the anime team were super horny and jumped on the only chapter out of 200+ chapters that had Kaguya and Chika implied to be naked. |

| The chapter it was adapting was a joke that didnt actually have any fanservice, it had obnoxious light rays that Ishigami got angry about or coinvent censoring that stopped anything from being shown.
