Dude, we are reaching Fairy Tail levels of writing here. Quite incredible. I can "buy" Zoro becoming Erza and doing an attack that could damage Kaido (that´s cool, because he literally broke after that and was k.o) but Luffy standing up like nothing happened and punching Kaido in the most Goku style? Nah, this is getting out of hand.

Now, what I find interesting is that thanks to Haki not being explained at all when was introduced and kinda forced into the plot (because logias were too broken for the powerscales), we can finally take a grasp at how it will work in the final arcs. Conqueror´s Haki will be a coat alongside Kouka, so that will be Shanks´s specialty once we reach the ending. It stopped being "knocking out the random dudes" but "A coat above the regular coat so my attacks are stronger".

I´m calling it, someone will do a one inch punch with Conqueror´s Haki.It´s THE best way to "Show, not tell" how it works at the highest level of mastery.

I wish there was more to this arc than just hype. Nothing emotionally impactful has come up yet. Maybe I'm saying this too early. I'd also be underwhelmed if Kaido and Big Mom were to be defeated here. It seems way too early.
